Needed to have a couple 220v outlets put in the garage. Williams was quick to respond on yelp, set up a time to come out and got me a quote the same day. They were able to come and set everything up a couple days later. The guys who came out were courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves.

Williams Electric ran all new electric lines to my garage at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. they are very nice people to work with.
They also have an affiliate company named Embers for heating and air. I had them install a new heater in my home at almost half the price of the other bids I received. Their technicians are the best. Friendly and respectful of my property. I would recommend them to anyone for your electric, heating and air needs!!

Worst! Unfortunately, this was my experience with Williams electrical company in Oroville-when the money matters the most, the customer service is sacrificed. They charge $175 just to check one outlet. They did not find solutions to our problems. No customer service at all. They could have offered solutions to our problem for the money they charged.

Williams Electric came to my rescue when no one else could after an electrical fire from my fireplace because I had no electricity in my living area until someone came to fix it. They are very prompt and are there when you need them. There is always someone to talk to when you call. I also used them for one of my rentals twice and I was MORE than pleased of the service they provided. Super nice and friendly. I will always call Williams Electric anytime I need any electrical work done.

Checked out Williams Electric after some reviews I saw online were really good and the previous electrician I used had come out three different times without a resolution to my issue. All I can say is that the folks at Williams Electric are very interested in earning and keeping your business. Their technicians have all been very professional, very knowledgeable and very open to answering questions I had about what was going on with my house. The office staff, Linda and Shannon were very friendly and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to schedule the repair work I needed. Overall I am super impressed with the technicians, the office staff and the response time as a whole. Thank you guys so much.

This is an update to the review I left earlier. I had another need for an electrician and called Shannon to see if they would be willing to take care of it. She agreed and sent her employees back to the house. They took care of the items quickly and for a reasonable price.
I do now reccomend this company without reservations.

I needed a breaker box Replaced that serviced a garage and studio apartment on the back. Williams electric came out and gave me a honest bid at a good price and did an absolute fantastic job sorting out my messy electrical problem. I'm planning on going solar in a couple years and I will call Williams electric first. They were very fast, courteous and caused me no inconvenience as they were working.
I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends.
