Five Stars for Williams Electric - Honest, Helpful, and Just Good People!

So I had what I thought was a simple outlet replacement. Turned out, I had scorched wiring, and I couldn't get the wires out. Figured I was gonna need an electrician, so I called a few places and booked some appointments. But then I remembered this article I read in the Montclarion about Geoff & Ronda from Williams Electric.

Called them up, and Ronda answered. Super nice, and instead of just booking a visit, she had Geoff FaceTime me to check it out. Turns out, my wire was just stapled in place--which explains why I couldn't pull it out. Geoff walked me through how to fix it myself, no upsell, no charge, just solid advice.

Most electricians would've taken the job and charged me a several hundred bucks. This team? They just helped. THAT is rare. Saved me time, money, and honestly, gave me a little faith in good people still being out there.

I had an electrical issue and put the repair request on Yelp for different electricians to give me a quote. Geoff replied quickly and actually told us that the breaker was not malfunctioning and was simply doing it's job and the particular item was pulling too much electricity for that circuit. He was right and we were able to solve our problem without needing a costly evaluation. I really appreciate that he was willing to advise us for free and I think it says a lot about the ethics and integrity of his business. I will definitely put him at the top of my list of electricians to call if an issue comes up again. Thank you!

My previous review based on how the estimate was handled was on target as the permit was signed off today on a great job that was a bit tricky due to a cinder block house, upcoming utility underground work, etc. After getting multiple estimates with some not even returning my call, I chose Williams Electric for several reasons, but a primary one was that Geoff appeared to me to be the most knowledgeable. Rhonda coordinated things well and all-in-all, I'm very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Williams Electric to anyone.

Geoff SAVED the DAY!!! He called me on Whatsapp shortly after I reached out to him. Didn't have to wait long at all. I had plugged in one too many appliances and the power shut off. When I reset the breaker, the power still did not come on. I was panicking because my fridge is plugged into one of those outlets and all other electricians could not come out until friday which would be TWO days later.

Thank goodness for Geoff. he had me show him the breaker via video chat and over the phone he helped me reset them. With his help, power was restored!!! I was so happy:) My panic went bye bye.

Not only did I NOT have to wait 2 days for help, but because of Geoff, I did not have to figure out how to move my gigantic fridge to another spot in the house in order to plug it into a different outlet. My perishables are now safe and that hard earned grocery money was not wasted.

Thank you Geoff! This was a great holiday season gift.

I accidentally overload my breaker by being careless with appliance usesage. Turn the breaker on and off and it didn't come back on. Call the phone number and Geoff got back to me on FaceTime to take a look at my panel. He told me to switch the one single flip I somehow miss on my panel, power came back on. Super helpful and friendly. Even gave me advise to not use space heater because they are a fire hazard. Grateful that I found him.

Wow, truly amazing experience. I posted the project at 10pm and he called me back and was able to diagnose and resolve my problem in a 5 minute FaceTime call. I am super super happy and grateful. Definitely would recommend!

An hour or two after leaving an online request for service, they called me via FaceTime and fixed my problem without having to set foot on the property. And at no charge! I'll call them again ANYTIME I have electrical issues.

Geoff responded quickly to my request and hopped on a video call to troubleshoot my problem. Unfortunately we couldn't fix it remotely so we set a time for him to come over. He arrived early and figured out to problem and fixed it!
