Nancy R.I called Wilder Electric because an outdoor outlet and my porch lights were not getting power. He quoted $287 to complete two repairs. He entered my garage and saw a GFI that my husband did not realize was there. Pushed the button and power restored to both. He was at my house about 10 min. Since the GFI reset the power, no repairs were needed. He still charged my 73 yr old husband just to show him where the GFI was. I expected to pay for a service call, but should not have been charged for repairs that were not needed or done. He took advantage of my elderly husband who didn't realize he was being ripped off.
