Happy they showed up wearing a mask and kept it on for the entire visit. Our problem was fixed. Worth every penny.

Wild electric is a well run professional company. We just had them come out to install an electric ceiling fan for us. The electrician was on time, professional, very competent, and pleasant. We certainly will call them again!

We have used Wild Electric for several years where I work. Honestly I don't call anyone else. I text my contact and he is quick to respond and goes with the flow when we modify what we are doing several times. Their electricians are great to work with, professional and do excellent work. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Wild Electric did all the wiring in my home and other houses in my neighborhood..excellent job. Had them out 2 other times to replace older outlet switches. Prompt and good people. Trustworthy. Thanks Wild!!

They came out without all of the same color of Electrical outlets. Replace two with a different color that do not match my house. Put in an outlet in the bathroom the electrician said was for Europe. He did not offer to go and get the correct outlets.
When I called Wild Electric if that was a common practice, Russ said no.
So they send out the same technician that did not do the correct job in the first place. He was so confusing. He claimed he never stated the outlet in the bathroom he put in was a European. He claimed he put in Ivory throughout my house, when previous visit he said all of my outlets are almond. It was a very bizarre exchange. I asked him to leave without doing anything more. I called Russ and ask for a different technician. He said no because I sent his technician away and they would not send anyone else.

I'd love to give Wild Electric a rating but I can't seem to get a call back. Apparently Wild is too busy to call people back. It's been two weeks since I left a message.

Person on the phone advised me they wanted $100.00 an hour to come out and quote the job. Even I understand this would be a small residential job however they should feel no job is to small or too big. This policy is bad customer service.
Sad!

If you are residential, don't waste your time. I was put off by my call when in the first 10 seconds I am told they charge $95 per hour per tech and the clock starts from when they leave the shop; uh...I didn't ask about money?? I was also told that the job I was requesting (which I did in less than 15 words before being cut off) was half day or more when I know it to be a 2 hour job. When I asked for an estimate I was told they don't do them on residential...they can send someone out to tell me how long it would take, but I would be charged the minimum service charge of $95. If the service starts off this bad, it can only get worse.

I will never use this company again and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone! At 95.00/hour I let them know right off the bat that we only had a budget of 4 hours. All we wanted done was replace all the outlets and switches in our home. We have more electrical issues but we wanted to start off ""simple."" The technician, Eric, did not clean up after himself and he did not wire an outlet properly causing another outlet in the master bedroom to not work. But wait. It gets better. When I called the very next morning to notify them of this I was immediately met with an attitude. I had the misfortune of dealing with Russ. I was repeatedly interrupted. I was trying to explain that the outlet in question was in the master bedroom not my daughters' room where there is a dead outlet. I was trying to tell him that this particular outlet was working before they got a hold of it. He just wouldn't listen. He kept dismissing me. I got louder and ended up hanging up on him. I was told that they will come back out but they were going to charge me. I couldn't believe it! He called back and I ended up hanging up on him again! The tip of the iceberg was when I let him into the house. He still didn't want to hear me. I showed him which one it was and he insisted that it was one of the dead ones his technician told him about. I lost it and I asked him to leave. To get out of my house. He wouldn't. At that point, he finally shut up. After flinging his tools and doing some checking he had to eat crow. I did get an apology but it was too late. I never asked for a refund of any kind and he did not offer a damn thing either. Such a display of unprofessionalism and customer service was non-existent.

I'm not a fan of slamming businesses just for the sake of doing it, but I feel strongly enough about this one that it was necessary. If I can help other people save money even when I didn't, then at least there is some good that can come out of this bad experience.
There are three main reasons why I will never use Wild Electric, never recommend them, and have concern about their electricians and the integrity of the company.
First, the quote that they gave me was significantly under what was the actual cost as well as quotes I received from other electricians. I felt completely taken advantage of, and because I was out of town when they did the work, Steve the electrician did whatever he wanted. There was no accountability.
That leads to my second concern. Steve called me at 8:35 AM and told me he was 10 minutes away from my home to do the work. He called me at 10:37 AM to notify me that he was done with the work. I asked him the price. He said that the cost of my repairs was $400, which included 3 hours of labor. (Do the math, 3 hours?!?!?!) He justified it by saying that they begin charging at the point they leave their own shop and that they charge when they don't have the right parts on their truck (which they did not have). So if you are comfortable paying an electrician for their travel then be my guest. Also it would be one thing if this was a handyman who didn't have the parts but this is an electrician that I am paying $90 an hour. If either get the discount of a less qualified service man and pay for the errands to get the part or I get the professionalism of a real electrician but I got NEITHER.
Finally, they didn't have the parts on their own truck so that then meant that they wasted my time and money to go get their parts. In addition he bought from Home Depot and THEN put a mark up on the parts. The two parts he bought for my home were $18 and $55. He then proceeded to charge me $120 for the two parts.
Please note that I sent him the home inspection with photos of what needed to be done. They were educated on the matters of what was going on, as well as what type of a home they would be working on.
At the point that I called their manager, Russ on the phone he took one hour of labor off the bill to a grand total of $282 however he also said, ""I'm not sure what you want me to do.""
This was a simple job that by the estimates of THREE other electricians told me that it would have taken them longer to drive to the job and back then to do it, and I got taken for a ride. Please consider not using Wild Electric and at the very least make sure you are there when they do the work, they are not trustworthy.
