We first used WikiWiki solar a year ago for a 20 panel/battery storage system for our home in Kihei. We agreed on a time table for installation and they arrived on time with a full crew. The installation was completed in a timely fashion. Their crew was courteous, efficiently and work neatly.
Our system has worked efficiently as represented without the necessity of service calls.
When we decided to increase our solar capacity they had the equipment we required on hand and the installation was completed a week later.
We have recommended WikiWiki to our friends and neighbors and have heard only praise for their work.

Our Maui condo's old electrical circuit-breaker panel began arching and burning causing, as you can imagine, sporadic electrical problems and severe safety concerns.

We called Wikiwiki out. They diagnosed the problem quickly; We agreed to a price; And, they installed an entire new panel within two(2) days. The installer was quick & professional. The final product was efficient & beautiful.

While they are not the most expensive electrical contractor on the island, they are not the cheapest either. Nevertheless, they bring value to the job. As everyone knows, ""without value; price is everything"". Wikiwiki is a very valuable contractor. I would certainly use them again!

We were experiencing some electrical problems in our kitchen and needed some troubleshooting. After looking at Yelp I decided to go with Wikiwiki and I'm very glad I did. Booking the appointment by phone was easy and they were very helpful, I received a text with the technician's name and photo so I knew exactly who was coming into my home (BTW nice photo Walter!), I also received a text when the technician was on his way and he arrived on time.
Walter did a quick job in identifying the problem, insects and replacement parts and he got started straight away. Despite my chatty husband he managed to get the job done quickly, and while he was with us he checked and corrected a few other things, including checking our fuse boxes were safe, to make the most of the call out fee.
We were very happy with the service Walter and Wikiwiki provided and would definitely recommend them. It isn't cheap but then no contractor is on Maui, but the big difference for us was that he turned up, on time, and knew his trade, and was very friendly.

We recently purchased a condo in Wailea and needed some electrical work done; one of them was to put in four new electrical outlets. The first electrical company we contacted was not only expensive, but suggested tearing through cabinets and walls to put in the outlets, not caring at all how they would look at the end. WikiWiki Electric was the complete opposite. Shane, the owner, asked me in detail what the purpose of the outlets were and sent his technician to take pictures of the areas to come up with a plan, which kept the cabinets and walls intact. Sparky was the technician who put in the outlets and his work was excellent. He was so meticulous, we couldn't even tell where he put the wires through. In addition, U'ilani, the office manager, was very professional and pleasant, always getting back to me right away.

In short, we were more than pleased with our experience with WikiWiki and would call them again in a heart beat for any electrical work. WikiWiki is a company where the owner and the employees care about their customers and take pride in their work.

After months of trying to find an electrician who would actually show up and complete the job, one of our friend recommended to contact Wikikiki Electric company. I am blown away by their professionalism! The lady from the office was very friendly and sent out the technician within an hour. The technician - Walter - came out and fixed the problem and was very nice and explained everything clearly. The job was done by the next morning and the final bill was very reasonable. Wikiwiki is in my phone book now as a prime contact; I will never call a different company again with any of my electrical issues around the house.
