We decided to call Nick based on a referral from a website. We wanted to install a whole house fan in an attempt to lower our energy costs. Nick was very responsive to my phone call. He was able to come out with one of his contractors the very next morning in order to install the fan. The two of them were very professional. They were very careful in their work on our house.They were efficient and they cleaned up nicely after the job. The installation of the whole house fan was excellent. He installed three switches and made sure that everyone of them worked. And, he guided me on how to use the fan and its functions. Last night, we used the fan for the first time. The fan was highly effective. Our house was cooler upstairs then it has been for a long time. I believe that the fan Nick installed did better job than our current air-conditioning unit. We are incredibly happy with our new whole house fan. We would also strongly recommend Nick and his company to anyone else who wanted to install a whole house fan. Thank you Nick. We couldn't be happier with your work.

We have had our whole house fan for a year now and we love it! Not only is it great during the hotter months but we use it year round to freshen the air in the house after cooking something with a strong odor or after being gone on a long trip.
Installation went really well. We actually had it installed on a really hot day and they were short handed. The installer was so careful and clean. Being by himself, the install took all day but he made sure everything was done right. He even went to the hardware store to get a part he needed to make the install perfect instead of just rigging something up to pass with an okay. He actually left the house cleaner than when he got here. Best investment we could have made.

Nick and his crew did a great job getting my whole house fan installed. From the first phone call, to the installation, everything was done within 3 days. Can't get any better than that. The fan is also working really well (QuietCool Stealth Pro). Medium and high speeds are definitely noticeable sound wise, but on low it's a just very subtle whooshing sound. This what we will use while we sleep. Medium seems to be the best option to cool off the house at night and in the morning without the it being that noticeable. Nick also guarantee's his work for 5 years. That's confidence you don't get with many businesses. And of course the fan it's self has a 15 year warranty which is great. I'm really looking forward to NOT running my air-conditioning nearly as much.

Love it! Our A/C has a hard time keeping up with the heat upstairs. Downstairs would remain cool, but upstairs was always hot. And once hot, it was hard to cool down. But not anymore! We are so lucky that it does cool down in the evening/night here, and the WholeHouseFan brings all that cool are IN quickly, efficiently, and quietly. We have wonderfully cool and comfortable sleeping temperatures every night now! And by cooling the inside of the house way down at night, it stays cool inside the next day for much longer... even on the hottest days, our A/C won't pop on til well after lunch!
