My husband and I had an emergency with our electrical panel some years back and Whites Electric Service was the only people to call us back on a weekend. Rick Kautch was able to restore power to our house in no time. Since Rick had done an amazing job on the electrical service work, we asked him back for our remodel. We had lots of changes in the field, and Rick was able to adjust the electrical, with no hesitation. His pricing is fair and his work is impeccable. Rick and his guys are incredible! Starting with Rick's visit to assess my job, I got a good feeling that he was knowledgeable, confident, and competent. He provided an estimate in a timely manner and was able to start the job promptly.

My project was to install a new 100 amp service on the front of the home as the old service was inefficient and dangerous. It was legendary for non-tripping breakers that would overheat and catch fire. Fortunately, in my case they'd trip prematurely and the entire house would go dark if you ran two high-wattage items at once. I only had 9 two-prong (ungrounded) outlets in my entire 3 bedroom home and extension cords running about. The kitchen had few and inadequate outlets/circuits.

I had some additions and modifications to the job as they were onsite and they handled them quickly and efficiently. They encountered a few situations that required minor changes and Rick was quick to explain them and solve them.

Their work was clean and efficient and I was happy to get involved in the case of removing and replacing/modifying the vinyl siding where the old service box was and the new service box was installed. I did a few supply runs too so they could keep working.

I really enjoyed conceiving and designing a project and working with professionals to see it through.

This was an essential project to bring my home up to safe modern standards and it couldn't have had a better result. It was done on time, and at a reasonable cost.

Funny thing is, though...after an upgrade like this, it's what DOESN'T happen that is noticeable: BLACKOUTS!

We had a whole lot of electrical updating to do throughout our entire house. Rick and his crew were awesome. They were clean and professional and a good group of guys. We got a fair price and they were extremely flexible about making changes as things came up and offered excellent advice to make sure we did things right. Part of the work was new lighting in our remodeled kitchen and Rick went out of his way to split the job in two and make sure we could get the kitchen work done before Thanksgiving.
