This company installed our generator in 2014 and have done all of our electrical work since then. The technicians are courteous , and highly competent. The company will respond promptly on a service call, even for a small project.

After repeated failures of other Generac dealers/installers to contact me for service, I reached White Sands Electric. They responded very courteously on the phone, an told me they would get with me as soon as possible. I received a call the next day that their men were on the way. They arrived, and exhibited great professionalism in taking care of the problem with the Generac generator. They were friendly, and answered a number of questions I had about the unit. I very, very highly recommend this company to take care of any problems you might have with your generator.

I spoke to the owner of White Sands Electric this morning about an on-going issues with my breaker box and the breaker keeps tripping causing me to loose power in certain areas of my home. He questioned me on when I purchased the property and who i purchased it through. He then emphasised on the fact that due to me not calling the company within the first 90 days of completing the job and because they passed inspection by the county it's NO LONGER THEIR PROBLEM unless I wanna pay $$ because the warranty has expired. I am not expecting anything free but I did want to reach out to the ""orginal"" source. When the owner understood I wanted them to re-check their work and see what was the root of the issue he bacame extremly defensive and suggested I call else where. Who does that?!?! This company/owner/customer satisfaction skills get a -0. Totally unprofessional!

Very kind Gentleman came out and helped me in my time of need. He was on his way to another job and stopped in to help a disabled person such as myself who could not afford help. He came in and hooked my water heater back up tp the electric. Very nice guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++++++
