Had them install a Blink EV charger in my garage plus a 240V outlet. Did a great job. On time, properly installed, and even called Blink customer service to trouble shoot it. They didn't leave me hanging and partially completed like many other electricians. They fully completed the install, cleaned everything up and made sure my charger worked. I understand that technically this is not part of the scope of work, but I appreciated it so that I wasn't there trying to figure out what was going on. Thanks!

I was looking to hire a local electrician (I live in area code 92123) to install an outlet for a new appliance. White Horse Electric responded very quickly and was able to provide good customer service by asking questions/diagnosing my needs in a friendly yet easily understood manner. I had previously been in contact with other electricians who communicated very rudely and came off as ""you should know better"" type of conversation. I didn't feel this way at all with White Horse Electric. They were readily available and flexible with their dates and times. The installation was quick, quality, and clean. Additionally, I felt very safe. I will be utilizing them for future projects.

Came out to install a patio motion detector light i had purchased from home dep. That went great, so i asked them to replace two vanity bathroom light panels, i purchased from home dep. They gave me a appt. For the following tues. 8am. Very early for me ( due to my schedule) but i got up early at 6:15am to prep....dogs fed and outside, shower, prep bathrooms. At 7:30am i get a text.....sorry we can't make it today...really???? Ugh!!! White horse set up the appt and day, then they bail on me. They Sent a text on another day....but i couldn't be free then....i sent them a counter day....heard nothing.....so by afternoon....i just hired another electrician....came out next day at more user friendly time and completed the project. I still have not heard back again, from white horse into the next day.
I guess they have bigger and better projects....so I'm out.
Customer service is important to me....i also feel very disrespected by the cancelation and blow off I received.
Too bad....i liked them after the 1st project they completed.
Glad there are other companies that want small projects.

They responded right away and came the very next morning! Jose is amazing, kind, a good communicator, and expert in his field. He came and quickly identified our electrical issue and replaced the outlet in less than an hour. I work from home so I really needed to get power back for my office. Pricing was very reasonable and $70 LESS than another place that quoted me just for the consultation alone! We will definitely be using White Horse again when we start changing out our kitchen lighting.

The response was very fast, even though it was a weekend Luis showed up in less than 20 minutes. All the other service providers were asking me to make a video, take pictures, or make drawings for what I wanted to do, Luis came over to the house to inspect and personally identified what needed to get done and any obstacles that may arise at no cost.
The actual job was not performed by Luis but by 2 other workers. I will mention that the person in charge of the job that day wasn't briefed on the exact details of what the job required and had to give them a quick rundown on what I wanted to accomplish. This was no problem to him since he had plenty of experience.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and will highly recommend.

I contacted White Horse Electric through Yelp and they responded quickly. I told them what I needed which was installing four recessed ceiling lights and he gave the quote right away. Needless to say, their response time was excellent. They were even able to schedule the appointment for the job within a few days!

Now for the actual job:
The team of two arrived promptly. During this pandemic, I understand the worry of having people in your home but rest assured with this company. They wore proper masks and maintained proper safety protocols. They set up shop and got to work right away.

They blocked off the work area with plastic to contain the debris that accompanies this type of job. They were great in explaining what they were doing and answered every question I had. They made the job look so easy and they finished in half the time I expected. Even the holes in the drywall that were needed to route the wiring were minimal. You can see one in the picture attached. Once finished, they left my home spotless.

I couldn't be more happy with the job they did. I'm definitely going to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone.
