White Electric has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I had gotten their information through a friend, used them in my business and then later for my personal home. I was in a huge bind with some electricity loss and Todd White came to the rescue. He was able to expedite and help me out in my situation fairly quickly by setting up GFIs and temporary power for my upcoming project. Later he came with his team to restore everything back for my home that was under construction (All my wires had been cut for another project and the previous electrician had left me high and dry). Very thorough, informative, and reasonable. I am now a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work, minor, major, etc. Thank you!!

I don't know what is going on at this company, yes my birdcage chandelier picture is still up there and Mr. White did do an excellent job with that and with the work he did more recently at my store (about a year ago), but they need someone to answer the phone and not a voice message every time I call. AND if I leave a message, someone needs to call back...I have called many times and gave up on leaving a message and gave up on the company. I have had two rental properties that I needed work done on in the past couple of months and the work would have been yours, but you forced me to find others. Get your act together!

I had an issue with my bathroom outlets not working. When I called, the person on the phone tried to tell me that GFCI ( or something like that) needed to be reset and didn't want to charge me an hourly rate for 5 minutes of work. I still had him send someone out to check it out. Juan came out and completed the work in 5 minutes. He was so courteous and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Juan set up my Ring doorbell and new smoke detectors I had around the house. I really appreciate the fact he went above and beyond the initial service request. I would definitely use this company again.

Horrible company. Charged $160 to come out, knock a few holes in our walls, and tell us they couldn't move the light switch. Does that sound like a good deal to you? There's tons of other electricians in the area. Don't go with this one.

Pretty cut and dry experience with White Electric for me, I called them up to see about having someone swing by my home to take a look at an outdoor outlet that had been down for a couple of weeks since a storm had rolled through my neighborhood as well as a GFI outlet that was refusing to reset inside the home which seemed related but I could not confirm. I spoke with a lady that was very nice over the phone that asked some basic troubleshooting questions and provided some possible suggestions as to the issue and potential cost for the service. I made the appointment for the following day with her and Loren from the company showed up at my door on time first thing in the morning. After showing him the problems he troubleshot and diagnosed both issues quickly, from start to finish the whole process took about an hour give or take. Loren was a very friendly guy that took the time to explain and show me the underlying problems with both outlets to go along with some casual conversation while he was working to repair physical wiring and hardware.

The price was a little steep but it was explained to me beforehand over the phone when I originally called that since I lived outside of service area for their business the hourly rate was higher to cover gas, tolls, and whatever else which I have no issue with. I purposefully chose to pay a slightly higher rate based on the outstanding reviews on Yelp as I never mind paying a little more for quality, I am happy to report that this was indeed the case with White Electric and I would not hesitate to do the same again. Overall this was a very positive experience and I thank Loren from White Electric for his quick and outstanding work as well as his customer interaction skillset.

Wow, these guys were incredible. Responded first out of the 3 I reached out to, called to confirm appointment, very courteous. They arrived on-time today and not only fixed the issue but proactively addressed 3 other minor things that I wouldn't have known to ask for help with. He also provided some information about our electrical system and gave some friendly advice. This is one of the best contractors I have used. Great job!!

Prompt call back and service. I had some issues with a few breakers tripping (not what the service call was for) and the electrician replaced them and tested all the others and tightened the connections throughout the panel. He went above and beyond while doing the work in my house and took the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend White Electric and am calling them soon for additional work I need done.

this place is awesome!!!!! I had several outlets and a ceiling fan suddenly stop working. I thought I had tripped a breaker. When I tried to reset the breaker still nothing. I called to make an appt for them to come out and look at the problem. But Jorji was able to walk me through a fix on the phone. I had a GFI outlet in the garage that had tripped and I just needed to reset it. I never knew the garage outlet would be associated with the indoor outlets. I learn something new everyday.
Thanks again to Jorji. She saved me a $180 . This is definitely my new go to place for any and all my future electrical needs.

I definitely highly recommend White Electric! We called them to replace 2 GFI outlets and install a ceiling fan. Not only was the work done quickly, but the electrician took the time to explain to me just what was going on in a way that made sense. He also recommended some other products that will help keep our electronics safe in our home. I have no complaints and was very impressed with the level of service we received.
