In 2008, Eric successfully received his contractor's license following his apprenticeship and the required steps. His passion for electrical work led him to join MD Electric & Solar Inc., where he has been employed for over six years. Eric's innate skills as an electrician, combined with his excellent organizational and communication abilities, made him invaluable to the team. Eric's commitment to education and troubleshooting has driven him to explore electricity thoroughly and collaborate with his father-in-law, a talented electrician. Since beginning his journey in 1995, Eric has contributed to more than 100 homes in The Sea Ranch region and numerous additional homes from Gualala to Irish Beach.

Eric Jackson's deep understanding of construction stems from years of hands-on experience. From an early age, he began constructing homes alongside his father. Throughout summer vacations, Eric worked with his father, Ralph Jackson, who is celebrated for his building accomplishments and custom home projects along the North Coast and The Sea Ranch. Even as a child, Eric was enthusiastic and eager to learn how to create beautiful spaces and deliver quality work. He worked alongside his father during high school and into his early twenties. It was during this time that Eric discovered his desire to build high-quality, custom homes, following in his father's footsteps. He began his independent career with Empire Contracting, where he gained further experience as a carpenter and heavy equipment operator.
