Our power went out unexpectedly the night we moved into our new home, so we called a different electrician who gave us a huge quote saying we needed to update all of our breakers. We thought that was odd given the construction is fairly recent and the power outage turned out to be an issue with the power company. We decided to call our home warranty company for a second opinion, who got us in touch with Andy and Westside Electrical. Andy was prompt and professional and eased our fears regarding our electrical system. He even replaced one of our outlets that had been removed from the wall. Overall it was a great experience and we appreciate Andy's honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I can only give them 5 stars, but in my opinion I would give them a 10.
Five stars would be for professionalism, very respectful, masked and ready to work.
Three stars would be for the finished product. Which was fantastic, they replaced an outdoor fixture that would no longer work.
Two stars would be for his promptness, he arrived as he said he would.
I have recommended this company to many of my neighbors and friends. They are well worth hiring them.

I needed my ceiling fan receiver fixed. The warranty company called Andy's company, Westside Electrical Service. He came out and instead of fixing it, simply told us in general the way most fans work. Mine would require him disassembling it to determine the problem. Instead, he called the warranty company and told them to tell me they would not cover the job. They actually read his report to me .

What's interesting is, I explained to Andy, I had a similar issue in another room. The warranty company sent a different electrical service and they fixed the fan. He clearly did not want to go through the trouble of taking off the receiver, or doing his job.

Don't use Andy, or, Westside Electrical Service. Lazy liars.

Promptly scheduled an appointment within one business day, came on time, efficient, fast, pleasant, he wore a mask. There were few electrical problems and he repaired them all. Very pleased with his service, highly recommend this company.

Made an appointment on Monday for them to come out today (Saturday) between 1pm and 2pm to fix a ceiling fan that is no longer working. I chose Saturday since they could not accommodate me and my work schedule during the week and figured that was fair enough.

I waited all week with my fan and light not working in my master bedroom. Saturday came along and I went out to run some errands in the morning before my appointment. I receive a call from Andy at 11:21am saying he finished up his previous appointment early and asked if I was home. I told him it would be about an hour for me to get home and he could not be bothered to wait for me. He suddenly had some other thing to attend to in Alabama at 3pm and I was shit out of luck.

Thanks, guy! Way to ruin my day! Now I get to go through the process all over again with another company and probably have to wait yet another week before I can actually see what I'm doing in my room again and not sweat to death at night due to poor air circulation. Way to go!

Don't bother with this company if you actually need someone to show up!

Great company. Came out during the snow storm. Arrived early. Repaired 2 electrical problems. Fast, efficient, courteous. I have no complaints at all. It is my pleasure to recommend Westside Electrical Service from Bremen, GA.
