I called Fort Bend Electrical because I had trouble with my electrical breaker. He spent 10 minutes making checks of all the breakers (when only the clothes washer one didn't work), told me that nothing was wrong with the breaker and that I just didn't fully pull the switch off and fully push it back on. Then he charged me $150! No replacement parts, purely labor. I thought things were odd when he took my credit card without even telling me the cost of the work he had just done. Only when he gave me a receipt just before he left did I see the ridiculously expensive price he charged.

I required a few special instructions for them to perform and they were accomplished exactly as I expected. I believe their bid is the lowest as a result of the work being done quickly so as to minimize their payroll. I felt very secure after learning that they have been in business for over 25 years.
