Contracted to hook up AC unit at panel and install new breaker switch. Breaker switch was faulty and in the process of installing the faulty switch knocked out the 220v breaker switch to the dryer. Took us several days to figure out the problem. Returned and put in new switches but charged us $130 for the breaker switch they broke! Would never use again!

Very impressive then very disappointing. Wanted a ceiling fan installed on a high, sloping ceiling. Pat came out, no problem, knew exactly what to do. Buy this size fan with this special mount for an angle ceiling. Call me when you have the fan. Took awhile to get the fan and mount, then we called for appointment to install. Never called with an appointment time despite several requests, and never responded to email. Presumably decided he couldn't do the job but didn't have the courtesy to say so. Took our business to another company which spotted an additional installation problem and worked around it.

This review is LONG overdue!!!! We arrived home from a trip to New York to find we had no electricity. I called and spoke to Pat that morning. He stopped working on another job and came over to our house within an hour. Edison had already been to my house and identified the problem as a master breaker which Pat confirmed. He called around to find the correct part which took a little time. He had us up and running in minimal time which was much appreciated. Since we live in a Mobile Home Park, Pat thought that the ""tower"" which housed the master breaker was part of the park's equipment and I should check into that. I submitted the bill to the park office and they used it as a credit against my space rent!!!! We can't thank Pat and Westside Electric enough for their prioritizing our job over another and fixing the problem in minimal time. If we need Electrical work done in the future or anyone we know asks for a recommendation, we would not hesitate to use or recommend Pat and Westside Electric.

I love it when I can use a vendor for repeat business. Pat sent us his A team from Westside Electric, Bryan , Justin and Sean and they spent the last two days at our home upgrading the lights from the 1970""s to current day recessed LED lights throughout and one special light fixture over our dining table:
The team worked cleanly, efficiently and professionally and we love the new lights and the brightness they add to our home.

Brian from Westside electric and his crew are hands down the most professional guys I have ever delt with. They called back IMMEDIATELY and got here a few hours after my initial contact with them. He had perfect solutions, cost cutting advice, was courteous, and ready to do the job within a couple days (I called right before a holiday weekend too!) I called many electricians and hardly anyone called back. None were willing to get out to my job any time soon. His work is top notch. He's a great find!! I'll definitely use him again.

I am very picky about my home and who I allow in my home. After having an electrical issue I had no choice but to research my available choices. I noticed that Westside electrical had some of the best ratings on Yelp. That meant either they had friends pad their reviews or they are worthy of the stars they have received. I decided to take a chance on giving my top two choices a call. As you guessed it my first call was booked up for the year it's only December 19th! I made a call to Westside and they were booked too! However they said they would make it work. They finished a job in Newberry park and came to my home. They showed up with an up beat attitude and a presentable appearance. In minutes they diagnosed the problem a short in the attic which caused a GFI to go bad. I was very happy that they were not the average electricians who scratched their heads while the money clock was ticking. It was more about fixing the issue rather than about the money.... I have added them to my contacts and will be using them in the event I have another electrical issue. Your home is probably your biggest investment you will ever make. When it comes to maintenance, why take chances with electrical issues. Your life and property depend on someone who knows what they are doing,
break bread and live worry free. I sure am glad my fist call was too busy. West Siyed!
