Westech Systems, Inc. was established in 1997 through the collaboration of two experts in the commercial electrical sector, Helder Domingos and Larry Troglin. Each partner contributed their unique skills to the venture. Helder had over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, and project management in the Central Valley, participating in some of the largest commercial projects in central and southern California. Larry ran a small yet thriving electrical business in Clovis for 25 years, focusing on field operations and service. With this partnership, Westech quickly expanded from a modest 500 square foot office with a rented warehouse into one of the leading electrical contractors in the central valley.

With more than 28 years in the commercial electrical industry, Helder offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. He has built numerous relationships across all sectors of development and construction in the central valley. Helder earned his Bachelor of Industrial Technology from Fresno State University in 1980 and has participated in some of the largest commercial projects on the west coast. In 1997, he left his 15-year tenure to co-found Westech Systems, Inc. with his colleague, Larry Troglin. Helder manages all facets of marketing, engineering, estimating, and project management. He is a hands-on owner who prioritizes personal accessibility for everyone involved in each project, from beginning to end.
