Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. When a customer requests repair services, books, or is the in the middle of a repair, communication between the customer and company is a high expected standard. To be ignored reflects in the company's beliefs and values of how their company is ran. With todays technology of a cell phone in everyones pocket, the excuse of I missed your call and it took over 72 hours for the company to return your call is unacceptable. It takes 30 seconds to call back or text back.
This experience was for my home in Huntington Beach CA.

I had fluorescent can lighting in my kitchen and one of the ballasts died on one of the cans. I didn't want to cut open the ceiling to get access to the existing fixture on the bad light. I found West Coast as a recommendation on the Nextdoor site and sent them an email asking if they are able to remedy my situation without cutting into my ceiling. John called me and convinced me to upgrade all 7 of my lights to LED since it was a matter of time when they would fail. He gave me a rough estimate on the total cost and it was reasonable. They came right on schedule and was done in about an hour and half. Both John and his crew are very nice and friendly and the cost was on the low end of his quote. Would definitely use them again for any electrical work.

West Coast Electric installed a new, upgraded electrical panel in our home and added a dedicated circuit for my range. They did a great job on both projects. They were polite, cheerful and expert. (And they were nice to our dogs! What's not to like?) I recommend them absolutely!

I've been working with Mike for the last 4 or 5 months to get a NEMA 14-50 socket installed in the carport at my condo, to charge my Tesla. It's been a nightmare of city regulatory delays and overlapping vacations and summer busyness and HOA approvals and all that jazz, but Mike stuck with me. He was always forthcoming and helpful, never dodging my boneheaded questions.

As of today, the project's finally done, and I'm soooo happy!
