2019 - Mike is a really easy guy to deal with. Our landlord called him because we were having electrical issues and he came out the same day to assess the situation. He had to install a new electric panel so he got things working so that while we waited for the permit we would have electricity. He came out on Friday and installed the panel and check everything else out. Job was done quickly and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a great electrician!

4/2020 - Mike and Danny came out to fix an issue with a breaker that kept tripping. We were without overhead lighting due to the issue but Mike was able to trace the problem and get it fixed quick. Mike is calm, easy to communicate with, works quickly and quietly! He's a great guy and is our go-to guy for any electrical issues!!!

A couple years ago you replaced 4 pathway lights in my backyard with a new system that used a new kind of bulb. You said these bulbs should not burn out and you guaranteed replacement if they did. Within a year one burned out. It was difficult getting you to come out to fix it, but you finally did, so than you for that.

Now two more bulbs have burned out and you have not responded to either of my requests to replace them, even if to say you're not going to do it. I can not replace them myself because I cannot find them in any store. In fact, the person I asked for help finding the bulbs at Home Depot said he's never even seen those kinds of bulbs before.

I would rather have you change my pathway light back the way they were to accept ordinary bulbs I can buy anywhere. If you're not willing to do that, then I hope you will make good on your promise to replace the two that are burned out.

We called West Coast.We talked to Mike and told him we were having intermittent power issues, he said he could come out by 430, (he was on time). Our electrical panel was original installed in 1956 with with old type breakers. He determined it would need to be replaced. He contacted Edison to unlock meter and to insure it could be replaced in the same area. The work was completed in a timely manner. He installed the new panel, stuccoed and matched the paint on the outside wall, contacted Edison and city inspector for final inspection, it passed and we haven't had any problems since. We'll recommend Mike to any one who has electrical problems or needs additional work done in their home. Mike thank you very much, Richard and Liz.

I just want to say that I am well pleased with Mike's work. He came when he said he would and in moments he was able to trouble shoot my issue with my lights and wiring and got it all fixed. I'll be having him out to do some more work in no time. Great guy.

I called Mike for an electrical problem and he was available to come out to my home very early the next day. However, I was able to resolve the problem on the morning he was supposed to come out. I cannot say enough kind words about Mike. I texted him to let him know the problem was resolved and he wrote me back right away. His text was an indication to me of his character and his kindness. In fact, I scheduled an appointment for another small issue. It is so refreshing to deal with a business owner who actually prides himself on quality of work and customer service. I had called Mike on a cold rainy Wednesday evening, nearly in tears but defiantly in a panic because the following day was Thanksgiving and one wall in my kitchen had no electricity. And I was hosting the following day. Mike came to my rescue! He was honest and up front with me. Told me exactly what he planned on doing and how to proceed. But if the solution wasn't going to pan out; he would find another way to resolved my issue but at a higher price. And he did quote me another quote if that happened. He stayed until 11:30 pm to fix the problem. And...he came back the day after Thanksgiving to patch up the hole he made in the wall. Very knowledge!!! Highly recommend...
