The next morning I had a problem with the breaker and they came immediately and installed a new one. If you're looking for a fast, reliable, professional job, these are the people to call.
Betty H.I recently purchased an A/C unit for my house from Weirich. The unit would continue to run 30 minutes after reaching the set temperature. After numerous calls to them and trips out here, the problem continued. Frustrated, I called the thermostat manufacturer.....the rep walked me (age 79!) through resetting the thermostat, which took about 10 minutes! Weirich customer service is poor.....the office manager was rude and hung up the phone on me! I Do Not recommend this company.
