I called Weeks Service Company over the weekend, because I thought they had installed our AC Unit in 2019. Our AC started working in reverse and only blowing out hot air. Immediately they sent a technician to our home to take a look. In between scheduling their service, I was reminded that we actually had another company do the unit previously. When the Weeks technician arrived (JOE), he was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. I tried to pay him immediately for his service, and even tried to just pay him when he arrived so he could home since he they did not to the initial install. He called his boss, Aaron, who was also extremely helpful. Aaron had him look at our unit and assist us in what was needed. Once the company who actually installed our unit arrived, Joe got his things together and left, again refusing payment for his hard work and time. I will forever moving forward suggest Weeks to anybody who need assistance with their heating and cooling at home. They go above and beyond the call. They came after 5 pm on the weekend and in the middle of a holiday. We were so thankful and impressed. Extraordinary team!

WEEKS' Service Company's FRAUD
We have done quite a bit of business with WEEKS for years now-purchasing/installing new equipment, making repairs and improvements, as well as paying over $200/year for their ""maintenance agreement""-where they would come out twice a year to maintain the A/C system in the Spring and the heater in the Fall.
Last Thursday (12/2/21), Jesus came out to do the heater check, which shouldn't have had any problems, since it was newer and installed by WEEKS. He, for some reason decided to check the A/C, which was not common practice in our experience. He came down from the attic and informed me that the evaporative cooler was rusty and had a leak. I told him that we weren't having any problems with the A/C. He showed me pictures, but I could see no leak. He said that it wouldn't last long and should be replaced, as well as all the ductwork. He never went outside to check the outside unit. He said someone would come out tomorrow to give me an estimate.
Leigh came out early, and gave me an estimate for almost $7000. He went outside with no tools to ""look"" at outside unit, came back in and said it was ""fine"", and didn't need replacement.
I called another HVAC company to come out and look at the evaporative cooler. They did, said it was common for them to get rusty, but there was NO leak. They went out and checked pressure on outside unit and said it was fine. Had there been a leak, the pressure would have been off, but it wasn't. They also checked air flow from each vent and said it was fine.
What Jesus did, with WEEKS' support, constitutes fraud.
I began to think back:
(1) (in 2017) to being told that our heater wouldn't last, and being sold the most expensive one that they had, which ended up being too big for the space in the attic (as per installers), and really doesn't work well. This was ""sold"" by Anthony, who now has moved up in the company.
(2) (2016) Len coming out for an A/C check, noticing that the pan was full of water, moving it, then leaving, saying nothing. A few days later water began staining hallway under attic. This water destroyed our plenum box. This cost us over a $1000 to replace plenum and pvc piping to carry overflow outside. (Thank goodness we had Mark, who tried to fix plenum, but it was too saturated, and got us the replacement for half off.) Len is still with the company, but in another capacity.
Apparently, WEEKS ""honors"" those who ""sell"" new equipment, whether it is needed or not; something Jesus picked up on rather quickly. It simply boils down to fraudulent practices.
We will never do business with WEEKS again. My advice would be to hire an HVAC person to come out once a year to check both your systems-someone you know and trust. Also, just as important, do your research! Google anything you are told is wrong, or any relevant question you may have. It's online that I learned evaporative coolers normally rust, and that rust can be easily removed-enhancing the life your system, but apparently WEEKS didn't want this done.

Weeks sold me a UV Light and duct cleaning based on lies that we had mold and the only way to get rid of it was with this UV light. UV light has broken and been replaced twice within 18 months and they said they will not be replacing it again even tho it has a 5 year warranty. I spent over 3k on this, They have also tried to sell me a new furnace when the previous one had been replaced by the owner a week before we bought the home by them!

Weeks Service Company reached out to me after the review on YELP. The service manager explained there was a miscommunication and gave me all the information that was needed. This was very much appreciated.

Generator went down in February. Called Weeks out for repair. Was told the wiring harness was fried and they couldn't guarantee a repair. Suggested a get a new one so I agreed. Months passed.... they called and said Generac no longer made my model. They said the had to come and ""re-inspect"" the wires. I made all the arrangements and had an appointment scheduled between 8-11am. No body showed and now body called. I called today for an update and was unceremoniously told they couldn't get ahold of me (this was AFTER I had confirmed the appointment and left the gate unlocked!! Obviously this was a BS excuse! No courtesy calls- just crickets! I called again today and was told they would ""add me back to the schedule after their tech got back from vacation!"" They have 3 contact phone numbers on file for me so it's very mysterious that they couldn't get ahold of me....again more BS lip service. Our friends also had fits trying to do business with Weeks. I'm now sorry I didn't listen to them. They are not dependable, they are unreliable and they have an attitude. Instead of offering help or a solution...the attitude is ""sir...I'm reading from the notes and there's nothing I can do. We'll Weeks....there's something I can do... I can let people know how shoddy you run your business!

Spencer and Alec were the crew that came in and installed 3 new ceiling fans, swapped out another and relocated and installed a new light fixture in the dining room. Excellent workmanship, very polite and courteous. They were neat while working and clean up afterwards.
They showed up on time and came in at estimate. Very pleased with them.
Terrific value and quality of work.

Both Matthew and Kevin were masked. They placed tarps before they started work and wore booties. The installation was exceptional, from the strapping of the outside condenser to the connections in the attic. They went on hands and knees during cleanup to make sure no particles were left.

We requested a technician to check out our water heater. Weeks sent an HVAC technician, who said he was not qualified for water heaters. Since he was here, we asked him to check out a gas heating system. He said it would take 2 hours, and would have to dis-assemble the entire system, at $120/Hour, and he would have to turn on the heater to ""high"" and run it up to maximum. Long story short, he spent 15 minutes at our home, our thermostat is not working, so he could not turn the heater on, said after he saw the Amana sticker on our HVAC, he had to look no further. Charged us $127. Crooks. Posting this on Next Door Neighbor and all social media if you charge for this ""work"".

Highly recommend! Weeks came out the same day I called them (Saturday). I was totally expecting the tech to tell me I needed a new unit because I was told by a different tech last year that I needed a new unit within 5 months. Weeks tech told me the motor went out and that I still have 4 years left on my unit. Tech ordered the part in front of me. He did a temp fix so that the air would blow cold until he could get back out to install the new motor which was Monday. Derrick is the techs name. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will request him for future service. Weeks stayed in contact with me from the beginning to the end. Called me to let me know the tech was in route and the parts dept. called to let me know they ordered the part. A little pricey BUT you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying more than I wanted too when I receive great service.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to an AC unit not working. Placed a call a someone actually picked up the phone. Made an appointment and was told it would be late afternoon before a tech will out to help us. To our surprise maybe 30-45 mins later received a call that a technician was on his way. George was pleasant to work with and completed the repair and our unit was working again. Very professional and would recommend their services.
