Blake arrived on time and worked non stop until the job was done...even through lunch. He was helpful with advice, when needed, and completed every task. They even cleaned up after the job, unlike previous Electricians. I will definitely use them again.

This company should be avoided at all cost!!
They did such a bad job on my new construction house, it took another electrician 180 man-hours to fix the mess they made of my wiring. Then, Webster put a lien on my house when the builder who hired him didn't pay him!! So he actually expects me to pay the builder, pay more for change fees he charged, pay for for all the problems/mistakes with his wiring after he left, and then pay what the builder was supposed to.

If that sounds like a bad deal to you, it is!! but that's how Webster electric does business. He made very sure he could sue us if the builder didn't pay, and somehow he thought the job he did was acceptable. It was shockingly bad. He should not have a license to do this kind of damage.

Daniel and chandler came out quickly and did a fantastic job on installing two new chandelier fixtures for me. Great price and great service. I would definitely use this company again.

You keep customers by not scalping them...so not only have you lost my further business, everyone I talk to and everyone that reads this review will know not to bother. Your explanation falls flat...perhaps your overhead is too high because you sent TWO people. Perhaps it's too high because your customer base is too small...because you charge $125 for 2 minutes.

The owner from Webster followed up with a call and made the job right. I give him credit for following up personally. Would use them again
