We had a problem with a minisplit. The installer who sold it to us wouldn't call us back. I called Webb, and they fixed it.
Had a problem with the house A/C. Called a local company and they ripped us off for a fair bit of cash, and it was still broken.
Called Webb and they got it fixed. Yes, it was a difficult fix and it was pretty damn hot in that attic, but the owner came out himself and took care of it.
Since then we only deal with Webb for whenever we need something.
It's been great.

Our HVAC unit failed completely and we needed a new one. I called three companies to bid it out. The pricing Webb's gave was competitive and their availability was a most immediate. Within two days of my initial call they had a quote to me and within four days of accepting the quote, I had a new unit installed and cold air blowing. Their techs were friendly, professional, and even caught a snake that was trying to get under the pad. I've always found Webb's reliable and their products high quality. Would 100% recommend!

During this covad crisis, I would have figured that service would be faster due to the need of work. This is not the case. Using their emergency number to call them, service put us through to an answering machine Friday night . I finally figured out how to schedule an automated appointment for Monday on Saturday. Saturday afternoon we got a call back, and a repairman came to the house. He blew the drain valve, called his boss. He said the warehouse is closed, and we would be out of AC until Monday. On Monday he did not show up. Called their office. They said they did not have the coil or the pan, and it would be another 4+ days to get the parts. This unit was bought from them 2.5 years ago. The top of the line Carrier. The 2.5 year old Goliath pan developed a leak, as it was supposed to be crack resistant, etc. I saw cracks around the cones, and cracks coming out of the cone area into the pan, and a drip. So, the pan was not full. It was tilted so that the water would never reach the drain valve and trip sensor. The pan was about 1 inch high with water on the tited end. The water was only at the half point of the pan, meaning that if it was a 64"" pan, only water was at the 32"" up the pan. The rest was dry. A dripping leak coming out of the pan about 13"" up the pan. This tells me Goliath pans are not as they say. A big ceiling stain about 3 foot by 2 foot. Goliath part number 96222.
So, the office never called us on Monday to tell us what was going on. They lost our address, number. We have hand them come out for annual service for $450/ year(already paid). They did not show up for that either.

Been a customer for 2 years. Never could figure out why, after thousands of dollars, my upstairs system never worked right. Suspicious, i hired another technician to come look. Immediately he noted that the sensor bulb for the Thermal Expansion Valve was sticking straight out of a pipe hole in the side panel of my AC unit. This bulb is supposed to be attached by a hose clamp to the outgoing tube of my Evaporator coil. In fact, the hose clamp was still in the proper place, but the sensor bulb was sticking straight out of my system i to the attic air. This causes the TXV to be continuously open, which basically renders the entire AC system unable to work properly. My coils were freezing solid. They were leaking water onto my ceiling. My upstairs bedrooms were not cooling at all. They left system this way for 8 months. They did this in order to plant a ""bomb"" intended to go off this Spring. When i called them about my system, they sent an inexperienced tech to my house, and soon thereafter sent me a bill for complete system replacement for 13 grand. i have never before been the victim of such obvious fraud.
Luckily i thought to call someone else, and within a few hours, my new guy has everything working perfectly (after paying him around 2 grand to rework and rewire my entire system which took about 8 hours).

RUN, do not walk, from This company!!!!! They will cost you thousands and your stuff still won't work right. And, if your system is older than 8 years, they will likely find a way to ""encourage"" you to buy a new system.

These people charged me $469 which would be credited back when the warranty paper work came through, there was also a $200 NON REFUNDABLE warranty administration fee. I thought odd but willing to pay. After evading me for 2 months they tell me the coil had a one year warranty not a five year which they told me originally. Well ok, I guess I am entitled to the warranty fee refunded since there is no warranty to administer..........WELL NOT A CHANCE, they want the whole $669. PLEASE BE AWARE IF THEY ASK FOR A WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION FEE, they could be doing the same thing to you.

These people are great!! It was snowing and about 10 degrees on a Friday (of course). I phoned in a service call not knowing what the problem was... the heat had gone out the night before and the electricity, well... had a mind of its own. My 83 year old mom lives with me and it was so so cold when I phoned, told them it was an emergency as we couldn't go another night with those temps. Not only were Ed and Kevin out right away, they had the problem diagnosed and the electricity back to normal and called their AC people to fix the heater which was done in less than 30 minutes. My heros. No doubt I would recommend their services to anyone!
