We hired Jeff Webb because he was highly recommended and he was always on time, he walked me thru each detail if i didnt understand and regardless how big or small the project was he was there to fix it. He was very reasonable priced and very friendly. We have a few future projects that we will be hiring him back again.

He fixed our smoke detectors, lightening adjustment problem that overheated and breaker would shut it off and because of our circumstances he replaced a few light bulbs to help us out..

Thank You Jeff Webb

Jeff is Experienced, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Prompt, and Clean. We will use him again and will recommend the service. We live in a townhouse complex so the first floor in our home is very dark and when we moved in there was no lighting installed in the ceiling. I was tired of living in a cave! We reached out to Jeff and he was able to come by just a few days later to assess the space, measure, and explain our options. I know nothing about lighting so I really appreciated his knowledge in walking us through what lighting would work for the space and helping us choose the right fit after we explained to him what we wanted. He came on time and through all the drilling and installing the house was spotless when he left. Because we do not have high ceilings we went with LED recessed lighting. He was able to install all 6 lights without having to cut any holes in our walls to connect into our electric. When he was working we realized we wanted to upgrade our 3 recess lights in our kitchen to led lights to match the new amazing ones in our living room and he installed those as well. The next day I sat in my living room drinking my morning cup of coffee and I went from cave living to being brought into the light! Thanks Jeff! We are very satisfied customers!

""Hired Jeff to do panel upgrade to my property. He did half way and never shows up in my property. Never picked up my phone call. Maybe he has already blocked my phone call. He picked the cheapest and strangest panel for my property. Didn't use AFCI as required but use the cheapest breaker instead. The panel upgrade permit is already expired. Will never recommend him to anyone else. He is the worst electrician in the universe!!!!!!!!!""

Hired Jeff to do some electrical work including adding external outlets, fixing light fixtures which requires drilling through the roof to do some rewiring, and rewire/install LEDs in garage. He really did a phenomenal job! He's super meticulous and helping extra here and there without charging additional, and stayed really late to make sure everything works perfectly. Five stars, highly recommended!

I wish I could rate Jeff better but I would not recommend Jeff for big jobs that need to meet code. I needed a 200A residential power upgrade and a sub-panel re-wiring. In short it went well up to the point that Jeff was going to be contacting PG&E about job coordination. At this point, Jeff stopped all communication and I was left with a job that was incomplete and done wrong. It is really a shame because Jeff was a nice guy but this has now cost me thousands of dollars to get done correctly.

The sub-panel went well and the work was neat. Absolutely no complaints. However, the large part of the job was the service feed between the street box and the utility panel on the garage. What I know now from PG&E is that several things were done incorrectly. Number one is that PG&E should have been contacted first. New code required this to be located further from the gas main riser which Jeff understood. However the meter load center he planned to use was too wide. The distance requirement is to the side of the box, not the conduit entry center. Jeff and his friend did extensive trenching to meet the depth code in the main yard area but the entry into the street box came in at a shallow level under the sidewalk where it should have been at 36"" deep and enter the bottom of the street box in a curved 24"" radius entry. Both the sidewalk and the walkway areas were supposed to be cut to ensure dirt compaction after the job is complete. The conduit was supposed to use swedge fittings. It is now scrapped.

My biggest complaint is that Jeff ran out on me. His rates were affordable but I wish we could have perhaps come to an agreement on the cost to re-work the job. However, I could not leave messages or send texts once communications stopped. What would have cost me $4500 with Jeff ended up costing me over 10K with electricians who regularly coordinate such jobs with PG&E. Even had I paid him double, it would have saved me money. The coordination and planning with PG&E is extensive and requires 1500 payment, and three separate inspections for the trench, mandrel pull and wire pull. For this reason these jobs are ridiculously expensive. Little of the job could be salvaged and I got little credit for the trenching that Jeff had performed. It's unfortunate and I wish this had gone better. Otherwise it would have been a four or five star review.

I hired Jeff for an urgent electric issue and he came to my house and resolved it very professionally.

He also explained and communicated very clearly what should be done before he started to work and he did it as said. He did excellent job at a reasonable price and we will continue to hire if needed.

I am fully satisfied with the job done.

Jeff was amazing! We had a time-sensitive electrical issue that needed to be fixed for our guests, and he went out of his way to San Francisco to make time for us, quickly detected what the problem was, and fixed it on the spot. He brought a tarp in to make sure he doesn't make a mess or damage anything and also happily answered newbie electrical questions I had as well. I would highly recommend him. Thanks!

I bought a new Tesla and needed to add an electric charging station in my garage. Tesla highly recommended Jeff Webb of Webb Electric. Jeff immediately came to my house to give me a quote. The next day, a Saturday, he installed the equipment. His service was fast, friendly, and lower cost than the other bid I received.

I can give Jeff and Webb Electric my highest recommendation -- he's terrific.

Webb Electric has outstanding customer service. Jeff Webb's vision for perfection and detail is rare nowadays in the contracting business. His 15+ years of professional experience is clear on the job site. He is productive and efficient and doesn't steer you in the wrong direction ie. unnecessary add ons, unfair costs, etc. He makes sure to do a solid walk through with the homeowner and submit estimates before beginning his work. I was really impressed with how Webb Electric follows up with their customers and made me feel at ease and comfortable with asking questions and voicing concerns or confusion. I would most definitely hire Webb Electric for all future electrical work in my home and business. You're the best Jeff!
