Weatherwax Electric started in the charming town of Kailua on the island of Oahu in 1953. In those days, Kailua was viewed as ""country"" and a small town where everyone knew each other in a close-knit way.

We began caring for the electrical requirements of Kailua homeowners over 55 years ago when there were more cattle than inhabitants in Kailua! Daily home milk delivery was provided by Campos Dairy, whose herd roamed freely in large pastures throughout the local area where today customers enjoy visiting at Macy's and Longs Drug.
