Weatherwax Electric was founded in the small town of Kailua on the island of Oahu in 1953. In those days, Kailua was viewed as ""country"" and a single stop sign where the residents were familiar with one another in a tight-knit way.

We commenced serving the electrical requirements of Kailua homeowners over half a century ago when there were more cattle than inhabitants in Kailua! Daily home milk delivery was provided by Campos Dairy, whose livestock grazed in vast pastures throughout the local area where today customers enjoy exploring at Macy's and Longs Drug.
