Weatherwax Electric started in the quaint town of Kailua on the island of Oahu in 1953. At that time, Kailua was known as ""country"" and a one-stop sign where everyone were connected in a community-oriented way.

We commenced caring for the power needs of Kailua homeowners over 55 years ago when there were more cattle than inhabitants in Kailua! Routine home milk delivery was offered by Campos Dairy, whose cows grazed in spacious pastures throughout the community where today shoppers enjoy shopping at Macy's and Longs Drug.
