We began in the small town of Kailua on the island of Oahu in 1953. Back then, Kailua was viewed as ""country"" and a small town where the residents were connected in a tight-knit way.

Our journey started attending to the electrical needs of Kailua residents over half a century ago when there were more livestock than residents in Kailua! Regular home milk delivery was provided by Campos Dairy, whose livestock wandered in large pastures throughout the small valley where today residents enjoy shopping at Macy's and Longs Drug.
