Great experience from start to finish. Called first thing in morning & was put on schedule for that day. Ramon arrived after he & company called to tell me that he was on his way. After I described problem, he knew exactly how to fix it, & he had parts in his van. After he was done, he cleaned everything up even better than before.

Got Home from a trip & came home to a broken AC & the house was boiling inside (in the high 80's).
Technician was at our house within an hour, was able to diagnose within minutes & their team was able to get the new motor installed and my AC has been working like a charm ever since.

Worst company ever!!
My sister recommended them to me when my ac went out after the last cold front TWO WEEKS AGO. Some big guy came to the house smelling like all sorts of stink, fiddled around with the unit, checked my breaker, something popped, and he turned off the ac. Told us they need to fix it with something but will need to order it. Two days later, cold front is gone so the outdoor heat came back. I called to ask when they'd get back to me on it, the woman on the phone was rude and says ""we're waiting on a call back from the manufacturer. Trust me, we'll call you as soon as we know"" TRUST YOU!? After giving me attitude like that? Heck no. I'm still waiting for that call back, safe to say I won't be getting it!
Thankfully I found a company on my own. Next day the new company arrived and fixed my ac for $80! After only 20 minutes!!
Save yourself the headache and go with another company with much better ratings! I wish I checked Yelp before going with a company my sister recommended. Never again!

I have been using Weathermakers for the last few years and have always been extremely happy with their customer service and the jobs they have done. Every single time, dealing with Maggie in the office has been wonderful and she always gets someone to my condo within the same day.
Once again, no AC today due to what was a clogged line and she had someone at my unit within 1.5 hours of calling!!
Last years my son's unit ""went"" and they replaced the unit very quickly for him.
After 16 years of owning a home in Naples, FL and 6 years in Miami and having to deal with various AC companies, I can honestly say that this is the best!

I just got my new AC installed by weathermakers. I couldn't be happier with the process, sale through installation. The guys who installed were so hard working and did an amazing job. They put in a new slab outside and a new vent and air flow inside. Great experience all around. Thank you weathermakers!

I wish I could give them zero stars because it's what they deserve. Easily the worst possible customer service Ive ever experienced. This is the 4th time we have had someone come out and work on a leak from our AC and each person they send is more incompetent and rude than the last. On this final time when the guy arrives (after the time window they originally gave) he was immediately rude as if I had inconvenienced his day. When I explained the issue he just walked off. Once he returned and did a quick ""repair"" he walked up to me with a clipboard and gruffly said ""sign this"". Excuse me? I then inquired as to what the problem was and what he had done to fix it. He then stares at me and with an attitude says to me ""mechanical stuff"". Are you kidding me? I'm a customer and I wanted to know exactly what was happening and what work he'd done. When I dig deeper he responds ""drain stuff."" WHAT?! He was completely dismissive, rude and disgusting. Trust me folks, this is the last time we use this company and will be cancelling our account. To treat customers with utter disdain for no reason and then giving no explanation of the problem or solution is ridiculous. I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from these people. I have no idea how they still have a company from the way they treat people.

After living in South Florida for 15+ years I have worked with many different AC companies. That being said, this company is hands-down the worst I have ever come in contact with. The technician that was sent to my home was unprofessional and almost threatening. When I called the company to inform them of this the woman yelled at me for calling him unprofessional. I guess she was unaware that their were 2 people that witnessed the entire visit. As was the technician when it came to the security cameras located throughout my condo.

Weathermakers truly knows how to complete a job. I was referred to them by my in-laws, who raved that after several companies tried to fix their unique AC problem and Joel from Weathermakers solved. They ran into a few snags here, since our electric issues were also unique. They stayed all day, and came back (including Daniel who is their sales person) at 11 pm when we put in a call that it wasn't cooling correctly. I give them 5 stars because they had been paid, yet was concerned with our happiness and responded immediately. All is wonderful and cool now and I would recommend the company to anyone who needs AC.

Now they are in the electrical business? They are horrible at air conditioning would not trust them with electrical. Bad company.

I've worked with the company for two years with mixed results. On a few occasions they've fixed a problem, on a few they claimed they have and the problem reoccured. The mechanics are nice although often late (or very late), the in-office customer service reps are nice as well, but will not go up and above to satisfy your needs or answer questions. The billing gets a bit messed up - with 2 credit cards on file, they have billed me to a wrong credit card before despite clear instructions and have not send receipts despite several reminders.
