Weather Chek Electric, INC Sean and Nick both came to my home on 1/15/25. They both were very friendly and knowledgeable about my wants and needs. They were very efficient and informative. They showed and explained to me what was wrong. They fix my problem fast and effortlessly. They provided amazing customer service. Having the home wiring plan from Duke energy really pays off! My husband and I strongly suggest it.

A Duke Energy wiring program contractor who seems most interested in doing nothing more than that. 1hr time slots per customer, don't have a more complex issue. 3 items on our list, none qualified for service. Not a problem, I completely understand. The Duke program still provides a 15% discount off service.

2 of the 3 items were quoted at an unusually hi rate. In spite of the hi cost service was requested. To that there was no response. Thank you Weather-Chek... Oh, item 3? It was categorically refused as not possible/doable. Rather odd as another local, better known, contractor having dozens of satisfied customers, was able - without complications - to easily complete all 3 tasks. And did more than requested.

Very disappointed in Wether-Chek's seemingly limited commitment to customer satisfaction.

Terrible service. There is a woman who answers phone, controlling all the flow to this business. She is beyond rude. Would not give out her name or her supervisor's name. The wiring in my house was damaged after they did something to it and she will not schedule me for a repair and recheck. Terrible service. Rude interaction with customers.

This company was contracted by Duke to replace my whole home surge protector. The customer service was stellar. They were immediately responsive. The representative from the company that came to my home was extremely professional and kind. Highly recommend this company. They did a wonderful job and fixed my problem!

I've used them many times , for a long time. Lisa in the office is very helpful. Everyone that has come out from Terry to some of the new guys are awesome. They do a great job, that's done right and very affordable.

I would certainly check other electricians before hiring this company. They gave me a quote to replace a fuse box to a breaker box for $3,115.00. I received a quote from another electrician who was in shock when he saw the estimate. He actually didn't believe me until I showed him the papers.

They were trying to charge me for things I didn't need for the size of my home. 1,000 Sq Ft tops.

I got the job done for $1,400.00 and it passed inspection with the county in Pasco.

I had a wiring coverage through Duke energy and I recently called in a claim for some random electrical tasks around the house- light fixtures installed, outlet fixed, adding additional outlets, adding wall switches, etc. This company was the one they sent out. They showed up on time. They had several guys working with them. They busted their butts all day long to get the job done. Everything was perfect. They were courteous, didn't leave a mess, all jobs were completed with precision and detail. I couldn't be happier and I look forward to bringing them out for my next Honey-Do list. Great job, guys!

And then when they leave your home cleaner than they found it, go that extra to turn that problem you had into a smile.....you realize that this is the ""Dream Team"" and Lisa that you spoke with originally is that ""Dream Team Coach"".
They are a very different company that you realize really does care about every tech they hire, everything they do while in your home & that there is only one way to do this job......the right way.
