Due to the reviews I was a little apprehensive. They could not make it the first time we scheduled due to car issues which heightened my worries, but it was not necessary. Gillie and Liz showed up on time the next day. They were VERY patient with what we both thought would be a very straightforward project.

After about two hours of working on a project that should've taken maybe 20 minutes I came into the room and we brainstormed a new solution. I ordered new parts and we regrouped in a couple of days. On this visit they were able to complete the project and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did.

Did not show up as scheduled for two separate jobs, came back next day and completed first job, second job did not show up again on day scheduled. texted 4 hrs late and offered to come sunday but i was not going to be home then. after that he totally ignored me and did not answer my messages,not reliable, would not recommend to anyone.

The owner wanted to be three hours late or reschedule. If she was busy I should not have been given an appointment. My time is valuable and it takes me a long time to get ready but found two other services. The customer should be considered more than the workers as we pay their salaries. Never got them to do the work.

Called this company for an estimate came promptly but than things fell apart. May text messages and emails later they confirmed they can pick up my tile do the work on 27th July. Asked them to send me confirmation of verbal quote via email and have never heard from them again. Company responsiveness is very poor.

They did an excellent job fixing my shutters and screen door. Easy to schedule with time that was convenient for me. Before they left they made sure everything met my approval. Will hire them again!

We needed a handyperson to do some odds and ends around the house. What started off good, has now turned to stress and no resolution in sight.

False promises, no responses, time and energy wasted, not including money spent ($200).

We hired We Come In Handy to come to our home June 25, 2018 to tile our patio.
On June 25 We Come In Handy rescheduled job for June 26.
On June 26 We Come In Handy rescheduled job for July 2. On June 27 confirmed July 2 date with We Come In Handy and was assured 100 percent the job will be done. We Come In Handy did not show up July 2 nor contact us to let us know why.

Seriously could not have gotten a better person to work on my home. I was left by another person in the midst of a home remodel. I was devastated and didn't know how the work in the rest of my house was going to be completed. We Come in Handy was doing other work in my home and saw what was going on with the other individuals working on my home. They did not hesitate to offer their help. Once i was completed stranded with half of a house done, Gillie came in quickly to save the day, offered me a super quick quote and started working immediately. The work has been done impeccably and her knowledge has exceeded my standards. If i ever had a question about anything she always had an answer and discussed everything with me along the way. I was in a pretty bad situation and they literally turned it around completely. I highly recommend We Come In Handy for any of your home repair needs. You will not regret it!
