I can't say I'd recommend. I was rescheduled 30 minutes before my appointment. This was due to an emergency that only came up when I called to check in to make sure we were ready since I never received a confirmation call. I understand things happen but this forced my rescheduled appointment to happen on the last day of my due diligence.
The office feels disorganized. I was quoted the wrong amount for an estimate ($89 dollars) and when it came to make a payment, the estimate ended up being $150 dollars. That's a lot for something that claims to be a free estimate on their website and took 20 minutes. I was never informed when scheduling I needed to have a check ready for the technician. It took 3 phone calls and over an hour to actually make the payment to them because the woman who answered the phone from her car told me she ""wasn't in the office yet"", wasn't sure how much the service call was, and ""needed to call her technician because he wouldn't answer her otherwise"".
All in all, one 20 minute estimate took 7 phone calls to complete. I don't want to know how much effort it would take to actually get a repair done.
