Way-Cool Patios is the best. What a great experience from beginning to end. From our first meeting with the sales rep Casey, to the owner Vic, to the foreman Scott as well as the other gentleman that was here during the install (sorry, I forgot his name). Everyone is very friendly and professional. The contract dates for install were right on time as promised. I am a perfectionist in everything I do, so I waited to do this review until I could fully inspect the work, and the workmanship is as great as the customer service. The work was so clean, I couldn't even complain about even 1 screw. If you are looking for a patio cover, no need to go further. Call Way-Cool Patios!

My new patio is Way Cool for sure!. I had Vic give us an estimate on adding a new patio cover off my existing patio that extended the length of my house right before COVID happened. I actually bugged him numerous times via text asking him multiple questions. He was super patient answering all my texts and was never once pushy by getting me to commit. Our biggest concern was how the new patio would line up with our existing wood patio. We wanted it to look seamless, that they belonged together. We had multiple estimates from other companies and Vic was the only one who said he could do it exactly how we wanted it. He also sent me pictures of one he had previously done. I promised him when the time came he would get the job. It took a year later and we signed the contract. COVID of course made us wait 3 months for materials. Vic installed the patio cover single handedly in 2 days. He's a beast he worked in 106 degree temps and gave us a great looking patio cover that we were hoping to get. We got lights, fans, and switches and the best part it looks amazing next to my wood patio cover. This is the guy you want working on your project. My advice is be patient and wait like we did, it was well worth the wait.

As of Jan. 5, 2020 the Contractor's State License Board is currently investigating Victor for the following violations: 1. Project Abandonment 2. Failure to Obtain a Permit prior to starting a project 3. Failure to correct two violation notices from the city and a few other things as well. All buyers please be careful if you are considering this company for your patio cover. I will continue to provide updates on this company as they develop. I strongly suggest that you use another company for your project.

Vic from Waycool Patio is the best. We had him do a cover at my rental when we lived there and my in-laws used him too for their cover. After getting 3 estimates for a patio with fans and led lights Way-Cool Patio left the best impression. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! We requested for Vick to do the install and he did with his team. From start to finish it only took 2 days!! They were very professional and kind. We have had our patio for quite some time now ,,, WE LOVE IT!!! still in great shape , excellent craftsmanship !! I highly recommend Way Cool Patio for patio service, Victor will create any patio you want!! ours was created around our fan type concrete that was already existing.. he installed lights and a fan , did all the paperwork, permits with the city etc.. etc...
