As Chairman of the HOA in my neighborhood And after my own experience I do not hesitate to recommend Waverly and Charles for Generac to my neighbors , family, and friends . In fact two of my immediate neighbors have had one installed in the last month. I did have a issue with mine recently , Charles was out and corrected the self inflicted issue , I had cut it off. Oops! Piece of mind knowing that when needed he is attentive.

Initially I was pleased with the installation. However when I had the first power outage my A/C did not work. I called the installer (the business owner) and he said he would be right out to fix it. He never showed. I left him numerous voicemails (he was apparently screening my calls) and he never answered. I finally hired an electrician to complete the job he had started. Poor installation, poor testing and terrible service.

Charles said he would come and look at my problem and give me an estimate of repairs. He was a no show, no call/text for our appointment.

Paid Waverly Electric in full for a rewire job. Now, cannot get the job finished. I have been trying to get the work complete since end of July (9 weeks). My texts and phone messages are unanswered.

I called these guys, they came out to troubleshoot, for a 120.00 fee. They cashed the check and we could never get back in touch with them to schedule the repair. BEWARE!!
