Could not get receipts for payment. Charged $1,800 and did NOT fix generator. Kept saying parts were faulty ordered new parts still did not work. Place is a total rip off! Promised everything delivered nothing and had to go to a real generator company to repair. Stay away from this company. Totally disgusted.

My husband and I are having the worst experience with this company. They REFUSE to reimburse for the money we had to spend on repairs caused by their mistake. We've been communicating with them for months and it's always the same thing. We're always told the President hasn't responded to them. This has been a very frustrating experience and I cannot understand why it's so difficult for them to do the right thing. We're ready to consider other remedies at this point.

This company installed a generator at our home in July. Immediately after their installation we had the worst electrical issues ever. My husband contacted the team to inform them of the electrical issues that was caused by the installation. They sent someone to our house who told us that our panel needed to be upgraded and that they can do it for a ridiculous price. We explained that we had absolutely no electrical issues prior to the installation.

Half of our house had no electricity on the inside and none of our plugs were working outside. Because of this we had to run extension cords everywhere. Damage was caused to our pool and pond which caused some of our fish to die.

We hired an electrician to upgrade our panel. As expected, this don't solve the problem. When we explained this the electrician, he explained to us what we had already known, the problem was not our panel and to fix it he'd have to go over the work of this company.

My husband contacted this company, they sent someone out, and amazingly they made the appropriate repairs. It took them TWO MONTHS to fix electrical issues they caused..
