I am a Sacramento area Realtor with a buyer in the Stockton area. After the buyer's home inspection the buyer had concerns about the electrical throughout the house, the inlaw quarters and shed. I looked on Yelp, called Watts Electrical Services and spoke with the owner, Daniel. He agreed to come out the next day (although he offered to come out that afternoon) I much appreciated his willingness to come sooner rather than later. Daniel came out and looked at the electrical on the property and determined what was needed, wrote up an estimate/report for the buyer. The property needed an upgraded panel and re-wiring along with a lot of other things that were safety issues. The sellers agent did not agree with the findings and I needed further documentation from Daniel, which he easily provided on over the weekend. Even before I asked for further assistance he had checked in with me to see if I had any questions.

I wish I had somebody like Daniel in the Sacramento area for my team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Watts Electrical Services. If you need electrical services, please don't hesitate to use him.

Lost power Monday when neighbors tree took lines from the weather head on my home, three days later PGE informs me I needed an electrician. I have a 67-year-old brother on dialysis who lives with me and he needs heat. I pulled up Yelp, closed my eyes, and prayed for God to send the right person. He guided me to Watts. That evening, as it got dark, Daniel stopped by and looked at the job , i knew he was the right person for the job. The next day, he arrived with two young men. How beautiful to see this skill being taught. He said proudly these are my sons. Turns out I needed to upgrade some things to pass inspection. Daniel explained everything, and upgrades are being done. I highly recommend them they are knowledgeable and respectable, and most of all, honest . I will call them for all my electrical needs and you should too. These are good people.
