Great experience from initial contact to job completion. I had them run a long line through some conduit and install an exterior GFI outlet and install two new exterior boxes for floodlights. The work was done professionally and looks great and works perfectly. The price was super competitive. When I have new electrical needs, I now know who to call.

We needed 5 new smoke detectors installed, normal ceiling height, we already had the detectors. They quoted $65 per unit. Which we were okay with, assuming it was complicated. He arrived on time, practiced proper Covid protocols, and installed the smoke detectors. However, he completed all 5 in 15 minutes. $390. We felt ripped off, $390 for 15 minutes work? Even if you account for driving time, that's outrageous. I just had some other work done by Allen's, they charged me $95 an hour.

Daniel was awesome! I was looking for an electrician to install my new Tesla Wall charger for a reasonable price. I also wanted to have a city permit availed since its the right thing to do. Compared to other electricians that yelp recommended, Daniel was able to get the permit and not try to pass on the responsibility to me. Like what do I know about getting the a permit from the city. The other electricians told us that we had to get the permit ourselves.

Daniel was very professional and honest. He showed up on time and was able to do the job nicely. He's always prompt in responding to my messages. I would definitely not think twice about hiring him again for another project if needed.

Our 1st meeting was fantastic. Electrician, Daniel Watts did a walk through, brought ideas and estimated quotes for our guest shed project. He was very friendly and left a positive impression. Our 2nd meeting was also good....he started project but could not finish as he stated he was unaware sheetrock had to be installed. So, he had to wait until our sheetrock contractor could start/finish before he could finish. I kept him posted on progress of sheetrock contractor, but then he wanted to charge me an inconvenience fee, all of a sudden, to finish his part as he had other projects on the calendar. After review of terms of contract, there was never a mention of this type of fee and I also found emails and Yelp messages that he was made aware of sheetrock needing to be done, so we straightened everything out. But during our final visit, there was definitely a change of attitude, and my positive impression from our initial visit turned into an okay impression as his positive energy somehow disappeared. Lesson learned: Constant communication is always key when dealing with any contractors.

I would highly recommend Daniel of Watts Electrical Services. He went out of his way to come over the same day I called. He is such a nice guy and so professional! Our electrical issue was not an easy fix but he was able to get the job done and we were so pleased with his services. We will definitely call him again!

Requested a service call ($125) and they came out same day and were even early. Guys were friendly and fixed it quickly. They however did not present me with a quote first which may have been partially my fault for not making myself clear when they were there - instead went ahead and fixed the issue immediately- usually a great thing but not if they charge way above market rate - they were about to charge me $250 just to replace the gfci - but when I was surprised as went to get the money I came back to them to find that they ""checked with the office"" and confirmed it was only $185 - after they left I called a couple of other electricians and they all quoted me between 110 -140 for doing the same work. So in my opinion they are way too expensive other than that good and friendly service.
