Would definatly recommend watt electric to family and friends had to get the fuse box replaced on our home due to issues with the old one the technician Trinidad was polite and professional, did a very clean job on the new fuse box, will be going back for future electrical needs

By far the worst service department!! I've called several times to get a quote for some electrical work, tried to get it scheduled was told I needed to speak to Terri, left several messages, kept calling to check when he'd return my call. No luck, the girl answering the phone was very polite and apologetic but they need to work on the service department I don't know how they will keep a float much longer. I finally had to go else where.

We had Terry show up to figure out why the lights were out in our master bedroom only. He came out and tried the fuse box in the closet first, no luck. Then he was certain it was a connection behind a switch plate, ahhhh but which switch plate? He took off all of the plates in the MBR and put them back sans a few screws. He couldn't find the problem so he left promising to call the builder and get back to us. He never called or came back.
The builders rep came by at my husbands request a few days later and threw an outside switch and voila! LET THERE BE LIGHT!

Terry basically came in, messed up the house a bit, charged 80.00 and didn't do a damn thing! I hate to say it but based on my experience he was clueless!! Nice guy but zippo elect knowledge.

I had my lights replaced in my kitchen by Watt Electric. Mr. Watt was very knowledgeable about product and the service needed for my kitchen. When they installed were very nice, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. The work was well priced and done correctly. I would recomend them to any of my friends or co-workers who need electrical work done.

I just want to say THANKS!!! My husband and I had a light fixture that was coming apart in our dining room. We called Watt Electric and spoke to the girl in the office she told us she would have the owner personally stop by on his way home to take a look it and see what our problem was and he did. He took our light fixture down free of charge once we got it repaired they came back to put it up for us. They were very professional and courteous . Will recommend them to anyone!

A business to beware of! Charged us $4000.00 to do a job that took less than one day!
(Two employees)Their cost of parts about $200.00. Then they charged us $500.00 for inspection. That cost them $151.00!
They could not figure out what they did wrong so their electrician had to divert electricity from behind the refrigerator to another outlet. Hence the refrigerator outlet is not working. They did not fix the outlet in the rear of the residence. Luckily I noticed the cobwebs proving that fixture was not fixed. They had to return to fix that outlet. Watt Electric was not there for the inspection by the city not once twice but three times. When I complained to them of the above they apologized! Beware of these people!
Happily they have to try to sleep at night!
