We are located in Gilroy in an older area with tree lined streets. I woke up at 5 am to a tree across the street splitting in several pieces. One of the heavy branches hit our power lines which pulled our meter reader and electrical box off the wall of our home. We were told that we would be without electricity until we had the meter and electrical box placed correctly by an electrician and then approved by the city. I immediately called Watson's electric and Brian was able to come out asap. He fixed the damage and walked me through getting the city of Gilroy to come out to inspect us fast. All taken care of within hours. Excellent and fast service... we are so glad we found him! He will be our electrician for any and all electrical needs! Highly Recommend!!

Brian did a great job installing a new wallbox charger. He followed through on every single details from city permit application to exactly where I wanted the charger mounted and he was on time when the city inspector came. Top notch work and he always clean up right after the job is completed. I even asked him to install a GFCi in the master bath which turned out great as well for a bidet toilet. Great communication off the bat, emailed me promptly with all the details breaking everything down. Had lots of quotes from others, but no one was mentioning having a permit. He included the price of the permit in the breakdown and quickly ordered the charger and once received scheduled an appointment and got it done quickly. Works great and looks clean. City inspector came over and thoroughly checked it which shows me Watson's does it right the first time. Highly recommend this business for your charging station needs.

Overall great experience. I reached out to Watson's on a Sunday (the one day they're closed) and still got a response from the owner immediately. Brian was knowledgeable and walked me through the process and permits required to install an EV charger (Tesla Wall Connector). I bought the charger myself and he was able to come out in my requested time frame to do the install and walk me through the online set up (this also included handling all the permits with the city). Would definitely recommend.
