I sold my house last week and moved in with my elderly Mother-In-Law for a couple of weeks before moving to Idaho. It became quickly apparent that there were electrical issues with her home, specifically a worn out electrical panel. Having used Waterson Electric previously, I called Clinton Waterson because I was sure he would be able to help. I was pleased that he was able to 'fit us in' quickly, working around my schedule (golf tourney). He gave my MIL a reasonable quote to 'clean up' the electrical panel and replace circuit breakers as needed. After working through the panel refresh, it was determined that the Main Circuit breaker needed to be replace. Rather than drive ~25 miles (and back) at rush hour, Clinton called his Office Manager Silvia (wife) to pick up the breaker and deliver it before dark. My MIL was extremely please that she doesn't have to worry about turning on her A/C that might blow the circuits. We were really impressed with the service from Waterson Electric, plus Clinton and Sylvia were a great team to work with and I highly recommend!

Waterson Electric is the best-PERIOD! First, they are incredibly professional. When Barrie came to my home for the initial estimate, he was on-time, polite, clean-looking, and respectful to my 91-year-old grandmother. Second, aside from their very fair pricing, they are honorable and trustworthy. I mention this because even though we had agreed upon a set price for the work to be done, Barrie, realized (and I had not) that he had completed the job earlier than expected, so he adjusted his price down. Nobody in any construction? industry would have done that! Finally, Barrie's work was immaculate! After he had completed the main task of hanging ceiling fans, Barrie took the time to sweep the floor and dust the furniture around his work area. When he left, it looked like nobody had been working in the area. Any (and all) of my future home electric repairs WILL be completed by Waterson Electric (and especially Barrie).

Waterson Electric did an excellent and professional job. We had a number of tasks which included grounding and replacing 2 prong with 3 prong receptacles, replacing a number of switches, including a couple of smart switches, installing new recessed lighting in the living room, installing 3 overhead fans, and installing a ring doorbell. Barrie and Josh worked efficiently and professionally.

I thought the initial estimate was very fair. We added on the Ring doorbell and 2 fans and the additional cost was also very reasonable. Definitely a 5 star operation. Will definitely use them again when we need any electric work done.
