Mr. Wang repairs the wood of my roof fascia. Return calls, came twice to make sure the job he estimate, did a very good job, nicely clean up the site.

I just love Mr. Wang so much.

I need a door replaced. After getting the measures from Home Depot (I do not want to mess with the correct measures, better getting the professionals to do it), I called Mr. Wang.

He came over and we took off the door AND also a metal door (which is not replaced). Then we found the door jam/frame is totally damaged by termite, which explains why the door cannot be closed tightly.

After evaluating the situation, I agreed that we replace the frame as well. So we got three 2 by 4 wood bars from Home Depot. Mr. Wang had to open up the dry wall to replace the frame.....so everything was quite messy but things were done in 9 hours, with the new door frame, the new door installed, the metal door installed, the dry wall put back and primed. All for a very reasonable price.

Mr. Wang is honest yet very accommodating, so I highly recommend him.

I hired WPJ to renovate my house based on the good reviews in Yelp. Mr. Wang showed up on time for an estimate. The job includes replacing the fascia around the roof, removing the trellis in the backyard, caulking the bathtubs, repainting the exterior doors, troubleshooting/fixing the lighting/wiring issues in the kitchen. He also found a burst pipe in a hard-to-reach area and replaced it. He is very experienced and skilled to give a face lift of my old house. He is easy to work with, and honest. The charges are reasonable. I would recommend him to friends and family.

The flush valve of one of my toilets needed to be replaced so I called Mr. Wang. He came over the same day and replaced it. It was a small job and I had done it myself before but I am at that age now that I feel better to have a handyman taking care of such things for me. I will ask Mr. Wang again. It's best to text him because his spoken English is limited.

This must be the 3rd time we are hiring Mr. Wang to do some work for our 5-unit condo complex. This time, we asked him to replace the exterior water heater room door for 3 of the condo units. The old doors were badly damaged by water and drywood termites. With the new regulation, each door needs to have 2 vents, one near the top and one near the bottom. The problem with the vent at the bottom, like existing doors, is that when water (from rain or sprinkler system) gets into the door via the part of the net/screen that is inserted into the door or by some other means, the door swells and eventually falls apart. Mr. Wang and I together came up with a way to deal with the issue. We caulked around the nets/screens in the vent openings, covered up the lower vent with a metal vent cover, caulked around the metal vent cover, covered up the bottom part of the door with a galvanized sheet metal bent into a U-shape (see attached picture), and painted the door. We believe that this will adequately prevent water from ruining the doors. I am very pleased to be able to work with Mr. Wang on this and appreciate very much his flexibility, adaptivity, and creativity. I strongly recommend his service. In fact, I have recommended him to my son to do some work inside his house.

We were discussing projects, including 2 sliding door installation, ceiling lights, faucets, full house painting, ...etc. In order to install sliding door, he also try his best to avoid the pipes behind the wall. Mr. Wang is very nice. I called him to help my mom fix her toilet, when he arrived on time, there's another man fixing for her which she totally forgot to tell me she already arranged by herself .I felt sorry to Mr. Wang and he expressed total understanding at the old age amnesia of my mom. Even like this,he's still very polite to me. If I have to fix anything in the future I will definitely call him again.
