We asked they provide an estimate to run electricity to an above ground pool. We assumed as license electricians they would research the code for the parish. They did not and we failed inspection. The inspector for the parish called them as she stated they should have known what the parish wanted prior to accepting the job. They then charged us another $500 for 40 minutes worth of work to ground the pool with copper wire. Wire is expensive but the labor should have been free in my opinion due to them not knowing it was code and required. I would have at least expected them to split the cost with us. 2 stars because the work was done but we won't ever use them again.

I would like to congratulate WAM Electric for having such a successful business that they apparently do t want or need any new customers! We had an appointment for two weeks and I even took half a day off from work to make sure I was home ( Which in these high inflation time hurts twice as bad). When nobody showed for the appointment my wife called and they asked if she got an email from them and she said NO. They then acted like it was our fault that there was no appointment. The guy said he was the boss and after he spoke to his secretary he would call back. It's now three hours later and no call.
I hope that this type of business really is so successful they do t care but I highly doubt it with as disorganized as they appear. A recession is coming and businesses ran this shitty rarely make it through.
I'm sure there are some other just as talented businesses that would appreciate a new customer so I will seek them out.

These guys came out to do what i thought was going to be an easy doorbell install, however due to the setup of the house It turned into a much bigger job than I thought. They handled it easily and were able to make the recommendations needed to get this job done efficiently and correctly.

I am very satisfied with Andrew and his crew. It's nice to know that there are contractors out there that do free estimates and do it in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Andrew came out to inspect the job I needed done... His crew were out the very next day a did a great job in a timely manner. Like I said, the price was very reasonable for the job that was needed done.

Highly recommend! Super fast response. Addressed the electrical issue in under an hour. That's from the time I called him to his time to get to our house and address the issue. ( minor outlet) .
