I'd give this company ZERO stars if I could. Hired Alex in Aug 2020 to install cat6 cable in our new construction home and Alex did a terrible job. He never finished the job he started. So now I have a whole bunch of cat6 cables behind dry wall that are not even trimmed/cut. Do yourselves a favor and hire REAL professionals. Alex just wants to take your money and run. Now I have to hire another company to finish the terrible job Alex started. If this review can prevent one person from the headache I've had to endure then leaving this review was worth it. Terrible service, terrible company. I'll be sure to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

He does good work that's not the issue, the issue is communication and customer service. I have used him in the past, therefore I thought I would use him again. I called him over the weekend he said to send he could come out was Monday afternoon, so Monday afternoon comes around and he made a mistake and couldn't come out until Tuesday afternoon fine I waited an extra day. He came out and turns out I bought the wrong size TV (which I sent him a photo of the measurements and he told me it was a 32) turns out I needed a 40. So I said if I go exchange it and get the correct one tonight can you come back out and mount it tomorrow he said yes 4 o'clock. I got off of work early to make sure I was home by 4 he never showed he didn't respond to my calls or texts. My daughter was so bummed. I have since found somebody else and will continue using somebody else in the future I don't work that way. No shows are as unprofessional as it gets.

Alex does it again!! I had some security cameras that I had no luck having people install because they were on the back of my property and they told me wireless cameras wouldn't work out there. Well they were wrong!! !Previous installers wired power through a light fixture which turned out lights in the back warehouse Alex had his electricians wire it correctly and the cameras work flawlessly thanks again Alex you and your team are the best!!!
