Great work. They sent someone early to fix a leaky shower. I had removed the face plating. All they had to do was switch out the cartridge and replace the face plating. 30 minute job. Great employee. But why is it $400 when I did half the work for them. Outrageous!

Great costumer service! They were very easy to work with. They ended up just checking the outside meter and didn't need to do much in terms of actually plumbing but I called them multiple times and was very impressed with their customer service.

Another fantastic plumbing experience with Waialae Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me. The bill was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Any of the little stuff; valves, haul away, etc, is included. (Unlike other companies). They were on time, super professional, kept their work area clean, and told me what they were doing and when it might be noisy (I work from home).
