Crew was punctual, very helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they always send me updates in a plain English without jargons. I liked that they explained what they plan to do before they started the work. We ended up replacing the main sewer line under the ground. It was a big job, and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely ask Waialae Plumbing for any plumbing work/repairs in the future. Highly recommended.

I had a simple problem. A clogged shower drain. I thought it was an easy fix. Scheduled an appointment for 8am. Technician shows up 20 minutes late. He spent an hour using a metal snake trying to fix my clog. No success. He called his boss for back up. They came, tried a stronger tool, broke their tool in my drain pipe, and couldn't fix the clog. I was still charged for the service. Then they quoted me a $2,300 charge to replace the P-trap and overflow drain pipes underneath the bathtub. I thought that was unnecessary, outrageous. I purchased a drain cleaner at a local store (pic below) and magically fixed my clogging issue!

This company was incompetent at fixing a simple plumbing problem & also trying to quote me for unnecessary repair scam. Please shop around and don't fall for this.

I called them in the morning about a weird sewage odor in the bathroom. They sent Ravyn out by the afternoon--he detected the problem, fixed it in a little over an hour. He patiently and clearly explained the cause of the problem to me & answered all my questions. For their quick response, professional service & trustworthy work, I'll call Waialae Plumbing for future needs.

I have used Wialae plumbing co to fix shower handle change and plumber came and put it together and charge was $ 450. For 15 minutes work.! I am trying to complain the cost but unable to speak to superior for this outrageous charge.

We had an emergency plumbing situation where the water valve burst. We called Waialae Plumbing and Brian Thompson was assigned our call. He was here in about 15 min and I must say, he knew his stuff. He was also professional, personal, and he explained everything, and then some. I highly recommend Waialae Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Called for backed up toilet and shower. Good reviews on Yelp. Was told $59 to come out which seems reasonable. However, when plumber arrived he stated it was a flat fee of $822 to clear it and they would throw in a ""free"" camera inspection.

Arrived 8:40-8:45 and left by 11-11:30. I'll let you decide if this is reasonable- I was shocked and dismayed.

AND they said it may happen again.

This is the second time I have used Waislae Plumbing. Today they took care of a plugged sink drain. I would recommend them highly as their technicians are very skilled and efficient. Plus they are timely and customer service oriented. Great company!

They are very responsive to calls and showed up at the agreed upon appointment time (which is unusual for Hawaii). The call center staff is great and very polite. The plumbers were also very nice and polite. However, prices are 2-3 times what other plumbers have charged for similar calls (this was not weekend or night time) and after reviewing the work, it was not the best quality. You will not find out what the the price is until they are there and if it is an emergency I have a feeling they price accordingly since they know the work has to get done. I'm not a fan of this type of business. I wanted to like them, and they were recommended by a friend, but I cannot recommend them with such ridiculously high prices. Perhaps their prices are more reasonable if it is something that you don't need done quickly. Don't waste your time with getting an estimate since they will charge your for that. I'll be calling someone else in the future.
