Called Waialae Electric at 7 am. Dispatch (Kelly) was prompt in obtaining Tracy to conduct an assessment of my burnt circuit breaker in the main panel to my house. He provided a quote and was clear in the work to be done. The dispatch fee was waived once we signed the invoice. And once we approved and paid, he promptly started work to provide my home electricity with his team. I had electricity in a few hours. I previously used Waialae plumbing for my toilets in 2019. I am a loyal customer and will continue to use their electrical and plumbing services again.

The light switch in the master bathroom acts up, especially when the weather is humid. Tracy and his co-worker came and explained that the ballast needed changing. It didn't take very long, but I'm very happy that I won't have to worry about this recurring problem.
In the future, I know that I can call Waialae Electric and Waialae Plumbing for any problems.

I had an issue with my water heater not producing hot water. It was a brand new heater that was just installed, so i called waialae electric to come and check my panel. I am SOOO HAPPY I DID!!! Tracy came out and took care of the situation and checked everything! Apparently my circuit needed to be upgraded to 30amp because of the new heater and as for the cost, it was decent! i thought it would've cost me more- Mahalo Tracy and Waialae Electric for coming to my rescue! I will definitely be calling you guys again for any other issues I enocunter.

He took the time to explain his findings, talk me through his repairs, and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tracy! I had called another contractor and after 7 attempts to set up an appointment, finally gave up and moved on to Waialae. They responded immediately, courteously, and knowledgeably. An electrician was sent the next day and took care of my issues on the spot. While the circumstances prevented him from doing all I had envisioned, he offered workable alternatives. They are now in my contact list as my ""go-to"" for electrical jobs and I will recommend them to the general manager of my condo building.

Wonderful service. Came home to a broken timer on our water heater and called in the afternoon and Waialae Electric was able to squeeze us in before 5pm. A well mannered, experienced electrician came and quickly fixed the hot water problem and our baby and his parents were very thankful!

I have called multiple contractors before, either they give you the run around or don't call back or the proposals don't fit the job. Waialae Electric is always courteous over the phone, and Steve and his crew always help out no matter the size of the job, quick and efficient. Great customer service. Very happy with them and will continue to use them for our commercial property.

I found Waialae Electric in the yellow pages after several electricians recommended by others failed to respond for a small job in a rental unit. It only took one call to arrange for a visit to provide an estimate. After accepting the estimate, work was scheduled and completed in less than a day. They recommended a fix to an existing window air conditioning unit that saved me the cost of buying a new unit.

Wailae Electric also has a branch that does plumbing work, which I had done last year and did not realize the companies are related. Good work on that job as well.

I would recommend Waialae Electric for work within their capabilities.
