I had no concept of what was involved with having solar panels installed. I couldn't have asked for anyone more dedicated to his work, his family and care for his customers than Wallace. Not only does he own his company, he is 100% involved in the process from start to finish, including working with Santa Cruz County permit office and PG&E, and doing most of the installation and testing himself, with a little help from his friend (okay to sing that part) Ron.
Wallace explained all aspects of the job to me and was very patient with any setbacks. Not only was he recommended by my neighbor, the guy that delivered the panels just came out and said ""You hired the best guy in the business""...WOW. I am very happy with the cost of the project and am pleased to say, ""You need an electrician, I got just the guy"".
I should also mention that I needed my roof replaced as some of the composition pieces were as thin as paper. Wallace worked around the roofer's (Redwood Roofing) schedule for my installation. What a great team.

W3 installed a 5 kilowatt solar system on my house several years ago. The installation was done very well. The wiring is hidden in the attic so no ugly conduit visible. The system has run flawlessly and we have not paid for electricity since it was turned on.
