The biggest thing I appreciate about W3 is that it didn't snub its nose at my very small job (malfunctioning doorbell); four other electrical companies refused to make the trip because it wasn't a ""big enough"" job (not sure why that matters if a customer is willing to pay the service fee anyway to obtain peace of mind from a professional). Turns out our transformer blew and needed replacing, which affected other outlets as well...not so small after all. My technician Jordan was on time, efficient, and professional, even calling beforehand to give me a heads up on his ETA. He was knowledgeable about required services and W3's packages to better aid me in making informed decisions about our house/what to prioritize. As a result we signed up for a membersship and will turn to W3 for our electrical needs from now on.

My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed. Called them up about a backup generator and the lady could not give me a quote and said that everyone is out on jobs and could not help me. My advise? Save yourself some time and try someone else

UPDATE: Still outstanding! Anthony came out to troubleshoot my driveway security floodlights which had gone into ""disco mode."" Turned out I needed new fixtures, so he priced out cost of buying the lights through W3 or providing them myself with installation. I opted to buy new fixtures on my own. Called to schedule installation when the lights were available, and Anthony came back to finish the project. Everything went well but the fixtures needed adjustment due to placement of the sensor - the lights wouldn't turn off automatically in the morning. Anthony stopped by the same day I called to tweak the placement.

I'll continue to give W3 my business!

What a great company, on time, clean and really professional.. I had multiple lights installed plus ceiling fans, ring doorbell, etc.. Jordan busted it out in less than a day.. perfect job!! I already invited him back to do the electrical on our remodel.. W3 worked with my schedule and made it happen.. A+ service...Thank you GE

Responsive; were able to come out quickly and help. Knowledgeable on the issue and what equipment will work best. Broken breaker that connected/turned on my AC/heat- $69 for consult, $168 for servicing, $119 to replace some items that caused the issue

They were on time and polite. The bathroom light/fart fan needed to be remounted after I tried to replace a bulb and had broke a clip I thought. The ESTIMATE WAS $460, I bought a replacement Light/ fan at Home Depot for $60 and after reading the instructions realized all I needed was the right nut to reattach the fixture and then snap in the cover. They wanted to gouge the customer for something they could have done for less than $100.
The tech waived the service call fee but the outrageous price makes me wonder how many people they have taken advantage of.

Great service and Wesley went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. Our meter had to be replaced and repairs done to our connection. We had to deal with inspectors, permits, our service provider and W3 Electric was right there handling the details and walking us through this maze. We now have them for any futures needs. Heartily recommended!
