Called William up and explained I needed a panel upgrade from an original installed in the 60's and a 220 ran for a new jacuzzi installation. We had just bought the house and we were really looking forward to having a jacuzzi put in by recognized the existing panel wasn't up to par. William gave me a break down over the phone and I asked him for an onsite to finalize the costs. He showed up (despite bad weather) later that same day and stood by his original estimate and cost breakdown. I don't make decisions based on price but based on professionalism, reliability and I do consider intelligent reviews when making decisions. William was cheaper than all the other estimates which didn't include the electrician getting the permits. Apparently some electricians feel there time is more important than the customers. William handled the job from beginning to end, in a shorter time frame than the other electricians quoted, and we had no issues with the permits and sign off. I stood by the inspector just to make sure everything was good and for him he simply said no issues and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Well done William! All of this was done during the great storm of 2017 ( it's a joke as we never get rain in SoCal). William patched, plastered, color matched all of his work, cleaned up after himself with each visit, showed up on time or earlier than promised and stayed in communication during the entire project. I highly recommend William and will use him again for any electrical needs.

I haven't received actual servicing from William yet, but I did call him to ask about an electrical issue i was having regarding my bathroom ceiling fan, all the others I called just told me that they had to come in and charge me to fix it. On the other hand, William was very kind enough and honest enough and knowledgeable enough to tell me how to fix it myself, which I did. Who does that? He has gained a new customer as well as my trust. Thanks William.

We had a specialized switch that was out. I called William at 4pm and he was in our office fixing things at 8am. Even called me at 7:30 to discuss the part and his timing.
Honest guy. Does what he says he's going to do and super friendly. Very fairly priced.

A great electrician is so hard to find, so I'm thrilled to have found William!

Last week, my dad's house in Downey had some electrical issues with the front and side porch lights. William came out to the house within an hour of my call. He met with my 85 year old dad to diagnosis the problems.

After looking at the front porch light, William didn't find a problem. So he plugged in a light bulb, and it worked fine. The problem wasn't electrical, it was the 3 bad light bulbs that were tried before!

The side porch light has a broken part that needs to be replaced. William quoted dad a very reasonable cost for the part and a return visit. He'll be back on Monday to fix that light.

After he left dad's, William called me with a summary of the service call. He wasn't charging a fee for this visit to replace the front porch light bulb ""especially for a senior citizen, that'd be just wrong"". And he let me know that he'll return on Monday to fix the second porch light.

My dad likes William and described him as very professional and ""a nice guy"". Which is quite a compliment coming from him. I'd recommend William to anyone needing an electrician that knows his stuff and is a great person!

My kitchen lights--long fluorescent lights--were flashing in a strange way. I called William and he was able to diagnose the issue even before coming out. In just a couple of days William and his assistant came over at the appointed time and did a great job fixing the issue within just one hour.
