The worst company ever. Our apartment manager was too trusting with this company and they left our apartment a mess. There is still work to be done and no one has shown up to finish it. If this work doesn't get done correctly and immediately I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and State Licensing Board.

The BEST company to work with! The staff knows their product and the installer, Joel, did a FABULOUS job. He's impeccably clean as well, which was an added bonus.

Yeah I dont know who's is giving these fools good reviews. Because it certainly isnt REAL customers. I had an appointment with the estimator, who showed up an hour late. First sign right? Then they made an appointment for me a couple of days later. They said the installer will be there from 9 to 11. I asked why. isnt an appointment a single time? Well no its there for your inconvenience. Because the installer is lazy and may take all day on one job. 11:00 came and went. I called and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I left in a fury. Strike 2. At 2:00 this idiot manager calls. ""Oh were sorry, the installer went to another job instead of yours, he can be there in 40 minutes"". Fine I said.I get back to my place 45 minutes later, no installer. Strike 3. I call"" oh he was there but you werent so he left"". He can be there in 1 hour. Im hesitant. Finally he shows. I say go get your tools and Ill have the two pieces of furniture out. I move things out, and this idiot is on the phone. I call the manager, "" he says its full of furniture and refuses to start. A bed and A heater. I call again "" he wont start because of the furniture"". I asked if he could help me with the bed ""oh no he doesnt do that"" Strike 4. I was too patient with these morons. I asked the mgmt co. about them. They apologized and said "" this isnt the first time"". THEN WHY DO YOU USE THEM!?! People dont waste your time with these incompetent f*ck ups.

I have used them several times on multiple locations. The work is clean and thorough. They keep their estimates and don't try to sell you unnecessary services. They are professional and courteous. They don't leave a mess. Highly recommended.

This company truly is ""as good as it gets"" for flooring. Our Sales Rep, Oscar Bravo, is honestly the most knowledgeable person we have ever met when it comes to all types of flooring. On top of that their prices are VERY competitive; and they are SO responsive! We had the beautiful wood floors and carpeting for our condo selected and installed in less than one week! Installation was a breeze and the cleanup was so complete you would not have known there was any work done at all. Oscar is truly amazing! Be sure to ask for him by name. We needed to install new flooring in our entire home and checked out this place due to good reviews. It was a negative experience from the first phone call, the staff is rude and pushy. Before I forget to mention, this place is severely overpriced. My husband and I just saved our money and went elsewhere where we were actually treated with respect. Everyone else should do the same and go elsewhere.

Save your money from that Rugdoctor and go with guys instead. I found V&S Carpet and Flooring randomly through google maps. I walked in the facility because I happen to be near by. I didn't know who to speak to but luckily I ran into Celia, who was very attentive; she helped me out and set me up to schedule with Marcos. Marcos was cool, he got me on the phone shortly after my visit, and next thing we know, we were on our way to getting my filthy green carpet cleaned. On the scheduled day, Antwane showed up. I already knew from his face that I ruined his day when he saw the green carpet. But, he was very professional, very positive, and he got the job done real quick and really good. I didn't expect much because the carpet I had cleaned looked like something out of a horror movie. It looks almost brand new. He did a really great job and I thank him for that. Overall, great company. Keep it up!
