Called them for a small job. They sent a tech out to do estimate. The tech was vary nice and knowledgeable. Later that night I got the quote for the small job. I was thinking it was going to be around $500. Nope A LOT more, almost double. I personally think that was unreasonable and way to high, especially with the dry wall off and easy access. In the quote it stated ""due to inflation"" something something. They called me the next day to see if I wanted to go through with it. I kinda laughed and said no thanks the price was crazy high and unreasonable and I will be going somewhere else.

I am impressed with this company. Very professional. Arrived on time and completed my rather long list of a variety of ""challenges"". They were the second electrician for two of the issues. All repairs were completed and are now functioning as they were intended. They also completed 3 new installations for me. They included two new chandeliers and a bathroom light/exhaust fan. They did a great job of clean up as well & are affordable. Thanks to James and his helpers for truely making my home more enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend this company

Voltz did some wiring work at our house when we first moved in several years ago. They added pendent lights in the kitchen where there weren't any. They did a good job running the wires through the ceiling, were very professional, and cleaned up when they were done. Recently they came out to fix a breaker that was bad and everything was fixed quickly.

Can't explain why this place has so many positive google reviews and so many negative yelp reviews. Draw your own conclusions. Nevertheless, had these guys out to give me a quote on a small job (I had intended it as a trial before some bigger work) and the estimator wasn't a particularly pleasant guy. He made it clear he wasn't interested in smaller residential work. In my opinion, every job deserves the same attention, and I'd be suspicious of risking these guys on a big job since I'm not optimistic they would be willing to come back for small modifications.

Charged us over three hours of labor which amounted to on-the-job training for inept technician. Technician spent hours bumbling around looking for front doorbell issue, reported that the issue was impossible to repair, only to discover on his way out the door that it was an electronic doorbell which only required the flip of a switch to come on. Technician also called us repeatedly for advice on how to fix malfunctioning outlets before receiving instruction from his off-site supervisor for what amounted to a very simple fix.

If you want to subsidize vocational training, go for it; but look for experience and expertise elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if only that were possible. Gave a time window for appointment and showed up an hour late. Was not able to give the estimate I needed because ""there was an emergency"". Told I would have the estimate by 8 AM the following day. Did not receive it. Called to follow up and told "" if you don't get it by the end of the day, call back"". Are you kidding me? When I explained once again that I needed the estimate asap, was told to move on to another vendor. Nice customer service. Are you seeing a pattern here? You should do very well in business...NOT!!

Yes. I love you guys, i live in Savannah, and you guys call back. You let me know what was going on in my rental home. You do the work when you say you are going to do it . Your tech called to let me know what he found and what needed to be done. After the job was done , I got before and after pictures. Also the tech was very polite. I would recommend your company to anyone and everyone.
