Professional, prompt, polite and precise. This was a thoroughly excellent experience, from first contact with Matt at Voltz to the half day's work, done immaculately and to perfection. It started excellently, with a prompt response to a request for quotation. Matt understand precisely what was needed and quoted it competitively. I had no concerns whatsoever in asking for his help and I was not in any way disappointed.

Our job was not huge but needed careful execution, which they provided: replacing four overhead flourescent tubes in a kitchen ceiling fixture with flush-ceiling-mounted LEDs. They were careful and clean, laying down a plastic sheet to make sure no dirt fell. And--get this!--they added a small task, gratis: the substitution of three rocker switches in a bank in the bathroom where one of the three switches had failed.

I would recommend Voltz to any homeowner. We are thoroughly satisfied. If more than five stars were available, I would award them. Bravo!

When I first inquired about services, they were quick to respond and gave me a fair quote which drove me to choose them over other companies.

I needed 4 recessed lights in my dining room and pulling out the ceiling fan. Also, the switch was on a wall that had shiplap and we wanted to avoid damaging that wall so they had their work cut out for them.

After scheduling a date and time I became unavailable and we had to postpone, which they were really patient about. Fast forward 4 weeks and when I contacted them to reschedule, they kept the same quote price and were ready to go.

They showed up and were clean and thoughtful to my wife, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The second guy was still in training, but the experienced tech showing him the ropes was patient and communicated clearly.

I am very pleased with the results. The room is brighter and feels bigger without that cumbersome ceiling fan. (Which they also took off my hands).

You can't go wrong with Voltz Electric and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Mike & Christian did amazing work out at our new house this week. We had a long list of items we needed to get through that were called out on our property inspection report & the guys hit them all in a couple of days. They were super pleasant to deal with, and the work was very tastily done. These guys know their stuff, and provide really good value for money. Matt, the owner, is a very nice guy & was very responsive when scheduling them to come out, quote, etc. We will be using them for all our future electrical needs.

We had a bit of an emergency situation which had me calling around and leaving voicemails like crazy. Matt returned my call within 10 minutes, but we had already setup an appointment with a competitor by then.

Initially, the competitor's communication was sporadic... so I wasn't entirely confident he would show up as expected. Knowing the situation, Matt called his team and determined they would be able to arrive roughly an hour after the scheduled appointment with his competitor, ready to step in should the appointment fall through.

If this is the kind of hustle and urgency they apply fully knowing they're Plan B, it speaks volumes towards their integrity and work ethic.

We just had Voltz out to install seven interior light fixtures and two outdoor fixtures, plus two dedicated circuits. The team was professional and courteous, and they completed the job in a timely manner, even though they ran into a few difficulties due to some issues with our house. This is the second time we've had Voltz to our home for electrical work, and we plan to have them again when the need arises. A great company with solid employees. Highly recommended.

Voltz is EXCEPTIONAL in every way -- from start to finish, I had such a fantastic experience with them that I would give them even more stars if I could. I had a list of multiple electrical needs -- ranging from a malfunctioning motion detector light to a broken GFCI outlet to troubleshooting my very squirrelly landscape lighting. I decided to call Voltz based on all the enthusiastic reviews. Matt (the owner) returned my initial phone call in about 10 minutes -- amazing! -- and he was really pleasant and professional. He clearly explained their pricing structure and how they would approach the various problems. Follow-up continued to be great when I set up a second appointment -- with confirmation calls each time.

Reuben, the electrician, was fantastic -- very knowledgeable and professional, and super-nice and friendly. He diagnosed and solved all the problems -- and also explained everything clearly and gave me helpful advice.

I'm delighted with my experience -- and highly recommend Voltz!!!

This is the most professional and transparent company I have had work on my house! So, so happy to have found them on Yelp. I called them on a Friday afternoon to discuss security lightings and was given information based on experience vs someone trying to upsell me (which unfortunately happens a lot). I went with their recommendation of carriage lights to my garage. I was able to be scheduled the following Monday morning at 8am! Incredible! I actually texted Saturday asking to add on a security light install to Monday's appointment and that was no problem. Monday morning came and the Voltz team arrived at 7:54am! I love early appointments!! There was a team of three (I wish I remembered the names - ugh mom brain haha) and they were so professional and efficient! I even asked to have a switch replaced on a long broken bathroom light and he did that as well on the spot! Very very happy with the service! An added plus, he wore shoe covers into the house. How respectful! I'm so happy after messaging SO MANY electricians that I have found a company I'll be happy to call back for additional needs.
