Moved into a 1930's home recently and one of the previous owners wired the detached garage for power. Not a terrible job doing so, but not great. The power line running from the house to garage was coming loose from it's support cable and weather sheathing was coming apart exposing the cable. Not surprisingly this was not up to code. Met with Matt and decided on the correct and efficient path in cleaning up this work. Very happy with the end result. Much cleaner and safer wiring now running to the external garage and now up to code. Crew was prompt, friendly and tidy with their work. Would highly recommend Voltz Electric and will be in touch for any future electrical needs. Thanks guys!

I suddenly found myself with an older GFI plug in the garage which no longer worked and it was affecting the downline electrical as a result. I asked for a quote on Yelp....schedule the appointment for the same day and the Voltz crew arrived promptly and very quickly fixed the outlet. Polite, prompt service....executed with integrity. That is awesome and has my endorsement.

Matt (owner) was quick to respond to all my initial questions, helped guide me to a final solution which was very close to my original request. He accommodated my preference of communication (texting)...it's amazing how many other electricians just respond by asking to call them back even with the most basic of questions. Team of 2 showed up a few mins before scheduled time, answered all my questions and began working. They did the most minimal amount of cutting, routed wires thoughtfully, routed conduit clean, patched up the cutouts, and vacuumed after themselves. Bangup job guys. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service, Matt was easy to reach, he returned phone calls quickly. Matt's gave me an estimate, scheduled his team to do the job the next day. Other electricians I called were hard to reach and didn't have a date they could schedule the work.
Matt's team was awesome, they were friendly, professional, and very skilled. They replaced dated ceiling lights with new recessed lights Halo that Matt recommended. We are very happy with the result and will be repeat customers with Voltz Electric.

Super professional and friendly people all way round. A little misunderstanding happened regarding scheduling, but Voltz Electric handled it top notch. The electricians who came out fixed the problem fast, and gave me some recommendations as to what I should consider doing in the near future, since my panel is from 1975. Their recommendations came of as helpful guidance and not ""sales-y"" in any way. I will not hesitate to call them again if we decide to go forward with the recommendations they gave or we have any other problem with the electricity. I can only recommend them!

Mike and Francisco quickly root caused a short in an outlet that killed power to part of the house. They also installed a couple ceiling lights. Job completed as described over the phone with Matt the previous day.

Voltz Electric's service, crew, and work are marvelous, and I am very impressed. They gave me a fair bid for the services provided, quickly secured the City and PGE permits/requirements, the crew (Nick, Francisco & Luke) showed up exactly on time, communication was terrific, and the work was perfect with minimal disruption. My new electric panel was installed in two days, PGE arrived earlier than expected & everything is working perfectly. These certified & professional electricians worked hard, were patient with me, and kindly assessed several other issues I have in my older home. I've already recommended Voltz to another family friend, and I am grateful for the referral I received from another pleased Voltz customer. I will continue to highly recommend them.
