Voltron Electric's mission traces back to my grandfather, Robert Tarr, a farmer from Paris, Kentucky, who believed in hard work and commitment to excellence. He held that serving others was paramount; he made sure that no family close to his farm in Paris, Kentucky, faced hunger. He instilled the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, just because they are human.

This strong work ethic was passed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who departed the family farm in 1954, carrying big dreams despite limited resources. Despite having little, he embraced the family legacy of sincere dedication and hard work. He learned the electrical trade through hard work and passed that knowledge on to me. I started my journey in the electrical field at the age of eight, learning from his expertise. I, too, was fortunate to have a son, allowing me to continue our family legacy.
