Voltron Electric's mission traces back to my grandfather, Robert Tarr, a farmer from Paris, Kentucky, who believed in hard work and commitment to excellence. His core belief was in serving humanity; he ensured that no family near his farm in Paris, Kentucky, would go without food. He planted the idea that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and kindness simply for being human.

My grandfather passed this strong ethic to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who left the family farm in 1954 with little money but big aspirations. Though he had little, he upheld the family legacy of hard work and dedication. He learned the electrical trade through hard work and passed that knowledge on to me. At just eight years old, I began my journey in electrical work under his guidance. I was blessed with a son, giving me the chance to carry on our family tradition.
