Michael is very professional, on time and trustworthy! He installed an outdoor outlet for me and it only took him about an hour.

All this was on a Saturday afternoon... I had an issue with my GFCI outside outlet (or so I thought) because it was tripping even after I reset it. It would work for a few minutes and then... click off.

So... I asked Mike to replace the outlet it with a new Leviton weather resistant (WR) outlet. He replaced it in a few minutes (he removed the bubble cover, crimped all the wires, tested it, it worked... for a few minutes and it tripped again.

To me - that didn't make sense why it tripped with a new outlet - however, Mike was very methodical in his approach to diagnosing the issue. For me personally - I think the best thing was... he precisely explained to me exactly how he was going to solve the issue in an easy to understand way. I learned a lot while he was testing. After going step by step (and explaining what he was doing while he was doing it) - he figured out the issue (a hidden plug that was exposed to the outside... was wet because of the rain - I thought I had weatherproofed it, but I didn't) - In the end - the issue was not the outlet, but the new proper weather resistant outlet was replaced anyway. The original outlet was not WR rated as it should have been. Anyway, I really learned how to properly diagnosis this type of situation in the future - that was priceless. The cost was in-line with other electricians, but it was Mike going through the process with me that was enlightening.

Mike is professional, listens well, easy to work with and communicates clearly. He cleaned up after himself (didn't even need to ask) And.. he called me 1 hour before he arrived and then again 5 minutes before. I will certainly most use Mike again and would highly recommend.

I had 2 GFI outlets in garage that were tripping and so my fridge was going out. Michael was very responsive. He was able to get to my house within 24 hours. Replaced outlet and checked breaker box, issue resolved and you could not beat his price. He is just starting out with his business and I wish him the best of luck. Hope I won't have more electrical issues but so happy I know who to call now if I do.

I needed my kitchen light fixture replaced that was a fluorescent type that required 4 tubes. It would intermittently not turn on. Michael diagnosed it as the ballast on it ways out and we decided to replace the unit with an LED Fixture. Michael is very good at his job, professional, knowledgeable, does quality work, and is honest, which is difficult to find these days. Well my new light is installed....A flush one that is able to change the shades or colors. Appreciate Michael and this company for they are now going into my repeat business and referral contacts.
